Abstract

Se describe una válvula termostática para grifos mezcladores que comprende un cuerpo provisto de una cámara para mezclar agua. Se proporcionan unas aberturas laterales de flujo entrante para la entrada por separado de agua caliente y agua fría en la cámara de mezcla, a diferentes alturas del cuerpo. Los medios automatizados comprenden a su vez un bulbo termostático que opera en la cámara de mezcla y un pistón móvil para cerrar completa o parcialmente, y selectivamente, las aberturas laterales de entrada como reacción y en respuesta a las dilataciones a las que está sometida la cabeza termostática. El cuerpo de válvula comprende una primera porción de acoplamiento rápido conformada para acoplarse de manera mecánica y de fluido con un regulador de presión adaptado para regular los flujos de agua caliente y agua fría.
