EACH WINKER 37 HAS A CASE COMPOSED OF A LENS 70 AND A BASE 71. THE LENS 70 AND THE BASE 71 ARE ENGAGED WITH EACH OTHER ALONG THEIR PERIPHERIES THROUGH A PLURALITY OF ENGAGING STRUCTURES. FURTHER, THE LENS 70 HAS A FASTENING PORTION 60 ADAPTED TO BE FASTENED TO THE BASE 71 BY MEANS OF A SINGLE BOLT 61. THE FASTENING PORTION 60 IS FORMED AT THE DEEPEST POSITION IN A SPACE DEFINED BETWEEN THE LENS 70 AND THE LOWER PORTION OF THE FRONT COVER 31.
