Abstract

A valve includes a main body (16) with a side structure (19) perpendicularly extends from the main body (16) providing an access for rotatably and telescopically receiving an inner element (20), where the inner element (20) includes a pair of transverse apertures to selectively open and close the valve and a ring cap (24) with a resilient means secured to the side structure (19), wherein the ring cap (24) includes an engaging recess at its outer cap which is engageable with a tool for tightening and loosening the ring cap (24) with the resilient means acts against the inner element (20) to rotate the inner element (20) between the open and close positions.
