Abstract

Fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av isocyanater er kjennetegnet ved at man spalter N,N,N'-trisubstltuerte urea med formel I. der Hi, ~& 2S Eer like eller forskjellige og betyr en rettkjedet, forgrenet eller cyklisk, usubstituert eller med (C-C,) alkoksy, eventuelt substituert fenyl, halogen eller med andre under de anvendte reaksjons-betingelsene inerte rester av substituerte (C-C) alkylrester og RS Rsammen danner en heterocyklisk ikke-aromatisk ring, som eventuelt ytterligere kan inneholde heteroatomer, i et under reaksjonsbetingel-sene inert fortynningsmiddel ved forhøyet temperatur i et lettflyktig isocyanat med formel RNCO og et tungtflyktig sekundært amin med formel RRNH, hvis kokepunkt ligger over kokepunktet til isocyanatet og over den anvendte reaksjonstemperatur, hvorfra isocyanatet ved hjelp av en bæregasstrøm kan bli fjernet over toppen.
