Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ tnący kosiarki dyskowej, mający zastosowanie zwłaszcza w rolnictwie, w urządzeniach do koszenia upraw. Układ tnący kosiarki dyskowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że w każdej z trzech skrajnych części dysku nożowego (5) znajdują się noże (6), przy czym każdy z noży (6) osadzony jest obrotowo na bocznej powierzchni "B" kształtowego łba śruby, która przykręcana jest do dysku nożowego (5) w taki sposób, że pomiędzy dolną powierzchnią dysku nożowego (5) a powierzchnią noża (6) usytuowana jest na śrubie podkładka, wykonana korzystnie z materiału odpornego na ścieranie, która to podkładka osadzona jest na powierzchni "A" kształtowego łba śruby, gdzie każdy z trzech trzymaków ma postać kształtownika wyprofilowanego w taki sposób, że część uchwytu trzymaka z otworami montażowymi jest w przybliżeniu równoległa do części uchwytu trzymaka z centralnie usytuowanym podłużnym otworem, który to otwór ma dwie ścianki równoległe do siebie i wzajemnie połączone wypukłymi ściankami łukowymi, zaś każdy z trzymaków z jednej strony przykręcony jest do dysku nożowego (5) w jego środkowej części za pomocą dwóch śrub przechodzących przez otwory, natomiast otwór jest osadzony na kształtowym łbie śruby w taki sposób, że ścianki wewnętrzne otworu otaczają powierzchnię "C" kształtowego łba śruby.The subject of the application is a disc mower cutting system, particularly applicable in agriculture, in mowing equipment. The cutting system of the disc mower is characterized by the fact that in each of the three outermost parts of the knife disc (5) there are knives (6), each of the knives (6) is rotatably mounted on the side surface "B" of the shaped screw head, which is screwed to the knife disk (5) in such a way that between the lower surface of the knife disk (5) and the knife surface (6) a washer is located on the screw, preferably made of abrasion-resistant material, which washer is mounted on the surface "A "shaped screw head, where each of the three holders has the form of a profiled profile in such a way that the part of the handle holder with mounting holes is approximately parallel to the part of the handle handle with a centrally located elongated hole, which hole has two walls parallel to each other and each other connected by convex arched walls, while each of the holders on one side is bolted t to the knife disk (5) in its central part by means of two screws passing through the holes, while the hole is mounted on the shaped head of the screw in such a way that the inner walls of the hole surround the surface "C" of the shaped head of the screw.
