Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podajnik taśmowy do kombajnu chodnikowego.The subject of the invention is a belt feeder for a roadheader.

Dotychczas w technikach transportowych w górnictwie do współpracy z kombajnem stosuje się układ przenośników zgrzebłowych podwieszonych do obudowy chodnika. Podajnik taśmowy do kombajnu chodnikowego składa się z dwóch zespołów transportowych, podawarki 1 taśmowej współpracującej z kombajnem chodnikowym poprzez zawieszenie przegubowe z jednej strony. Podawarka 1 taśmowa składa się z kilku pasujących do siebie segmentów 2 łączonych śrubami, z krążnikami 3 dolnymi i górnymi, napędzanej jednostką 4 napędową z drugiej strony, wyposażonej w taśmę 5 transportową, posadowioną z drugiej strony poprzez ślizg 7 na najazdowej stacji 6 zwrotnej drugiego zespołu transportowego stanowiącego zawieszenie przenośnika taśmowego. Przenośnik taśmowy wyposażony jest w pętlicę. Stacja 6 najazdowa zwrotna składa się z kilkujednakowych segmentów 8 łączonych śrubami, posadowionych na spągu. Przedłużenie przenośnika taśmowego prowadzi się poprzez ciągnienie stacji 6 zwrotnej kombajnem chodnikowym lub przenośnikami hydraulicznymi zasilanymi z kombajnu przy jednoczesnym przesuwaniu wózka pętlicy.The belt feeder for a roadheader consists of two transport units, a 1-belt feeder cooperating with a roadheader through an articulated suspension on one side.
