Zestaw szkla do napojów Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 10.08.2000 Pierwszenstwo: 14.02.2000 (Republika Czeska) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw szkla do napojów przeznaczony do produkcji maszynowej. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i dekoracyjnej formie nózek. Nowa postac szklanic, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, prze- jawia sie w ich ksztalcie. Kazda szklanica ma stopke przechodzaca w nózke, która pomiedzy stopka a dnem czary ma charakterystyczny motyw dekoracyjny skladajacy sie z trzech elementów ozdobnych. Motyw ozdobny ma postac stylizowanych lisci oddzielonych wi- docznymi ostrymi krawedziami. W widoku od przodu i od tylu wi- dzialne sa trzy liscie jakby lezace na sobie, z których jeden lisc jest widoczny w calosci a pod nim zlozone dwa liscie wi- doczne sa w polowie. W widoku od przodu liscie sa zorientowane lekko w prawo a caly lisc jest umieszczony po prawej stronie. W widoku od tylu lis- cie sa zorientowane lekko w lewo a caly lisc jest umieszczony po lewej stronie. W widokach z boku liscie lacza sie ze soba. Liscie sa uformowane reliefowo i wchodza na glebokosc do wne- trza nózki. Poszczególne odmiany szklanic w zestawie maja czary o róznych ksztaltach, okreslanych zwyczajowym przeznaczeniem. Szklanica przedstawiona na fig. 3 przeznaczona jest do likieru, przedstawiona na fig. 4 przeznaczona jest do burgunda, przed- stawiona na fig. 5 przeznaczona jest do koktajlu, przedsta- wiona na fig. 6.1 i fig. 6.2 przeznaczona jest do wina czerwo-nego, przedstawiona na fig. 7 przeznaczona jest do szampana i okreslana jest jako typ "flet", przedstawiona na fig. 8 przeznaczona jest do szampana i okreslana jest jako typ "misa", przedstawiona na fig. 9 przeznaczona jest do piwa, przedsta- wiona na fig. 10 przeznaczona jest do brandy. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and decorative form of the legs. The new design of the glasses, aimed at aesthetic purposes, is evident in their shape. Each glass has a foot that transitions into a stem, which, between the foot and the bottom of the bowl, features a distinctive decorative motif consisting of three ornamental elements. The decorative motif takes the form of stylized leaves separated by visible sharp edges. In the front and back views, three leaves are visible as if lying on top of each other, one leaf visible in its entirety, and beneath it, two folded leaves visible in half. In the front view, the leaves are oriented slightly to the right, with the entire leaf placed on the right. In the back view, the leaves are oriented slightly to the left, with the entire leaf placed on the left. In the side views, the leaves interlock. The leaves are relief-shaped and extend deep into the stem. The individual glasses in the set have bowls of different shapes, determined by their traditional purpose. The glass shown in Fig. 3 is intended for liqueur, the one in Fig. 4 is intended for Burgundy, the one in Fig. 5 is intended for cocktails, the one in Figs. 6.1 and 6.2 is intended for red wine, the one in Fig. 7 is intended for champagne and is referred to as the "flute" type, the one in Fig. 8 is intended for champagne and is referred to as the "bowl" type, the one in Fig. 9 is intended for beer, and the one in Fig. 10 is intended for brandy. The glasses according to figures 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 6.2, 7, and 8 have a high stem, while the glasses according to figures 9 and 10 have a low stem. The glasses according to figures 3, 6.1, 6.2, and 8 have a rounded bowl that opens slightly towards its open mouth. The glass according to figure 5 has a conical bowl, forming an isosceles triangle in cross-section. The glasses according to figures 4 and 10 have a bowl that closes slightly towards its open mouth, while the glasses according to figures 7 and 9 have a narrow and tall bowl.
