Przedmiotem wynalazku jest chłodziarka do przechowywania próbek żywności, przeznaczona do stosowania w zakładach żywienia zbiorowego. Budowa chłodziarki została dostosowana do wymogów ustawy z dnia 11 maja 2001 r. o warunkach zdrowotnych, żywności i żywienia oraz przepisów wykonawczych do tej ustawy, zawartych w rozporządzeniu Ministra Zdrowia z 19 grudnia 2002 r. określającym tryb, sposób, miejsce, czas i warunki pobierania i przechowywania próbek żywności przez zakłady żywienia zbiorowego.The subject of the invention is a refrigerator for storing food samples, intended for use in mass catering establishments. The construction of the refrigerator has been adapted to the requirements of the Act of May 11, 2001 on health, food and nutrition conditions and the executive regulations to this Act, contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of December 19, 2002, specifying the mode, manner, place, time and conditions for collecting and storage of food samples by mass caterers.
