Abstract

Zespół konstrukcyjny wycieraczki samochodowej posiada element napędowy oraz wałek (10), łączący nadwozie samochodowe poprzez przekładnię zębatą. Przekładnię zębatą stanowi zębatka (1) o kształcie wycinka koła zazębiającego się z kołem zębatym (2), a ramię główne (4) połączone jest z parą jego ramion wsporczych (5, 6) o zróżnicowanej długości i końcach zamocowanych do wałka (7) koła zębatego (2), z których koniec krótszego ramienia wsporczego jest zamocowany trwale do wałka (7) koła zębatego (2), a jego drugi koniec połączony jest przegubowo z końcem ramienia głównego (4). Koniec dłuższego ramienia wsporczego (6) połączony jest przegubowo z wałkiem (7) koła zębatego (2), a jego drugi koniec osadzony jest suwliwie poprzez sworzeń (8) w prostokątnym wycięciu ramienia głównego (9) pomiędzy jego końcami.The construction assembly of the car wiper has a drive element and a shaft (10), connecting the car body through a gear transmission.
