Bakteryjna kultura starterowa do kiszenia ogórków charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jej sklad wchodza szczepy bakterii fermentacji mlekowej: Lactobacillus plantarum KKP 2031 p, Lactobacillus plantarum KKP 2032p i Lactobacillus plantarum KKP 2033p, przy czym stosunek poszczególnych szczepów w mieszaninie wynosi jak 1:2:2; 2:1:2; 2:2:1. Ponadto kultura moze zawierac olejek tymiankowy i/lub rozmarynowy i w ilosci 0,1-1% wagowych.The bacterial starter culture for pickling cucumbers is characterized by the fact that it consists of lactic acid fermentation bacterial strains: Lactobacillus plantarum KKP 2031 p, Lactobacillus plantarum KKP 2032p and Lactobacillus plantarum KKP 2033p, where the ratio of individual strains in the mixture is 1: 2: 2 ; 2: 1: 2; 2: 2: 1. In addition, the culture may contain thyme and / or rosemary oil in an amount of 0.1-1% by weight.
