Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja klejowa, która składa się z niemodyfikowanej żywicy epoksydowej otrzymanej z bisfenolu A i epichlorohydryny o średniej masie cząsteczkowej ≤ 700 w ilości 100 części wagowych, utwardzacza w postaci zasady typu Mannicha, zawierającego gramorównoważnik aktywnych atomów wodorowych 53 g/eq, w ilości 26 części wagowych oraz napełniacza proszkowego węglanu wapnia w ilości 2 części wagowych. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wytwarzania kompozycji klejowej, polegający na tym, że do ciekłej niemodyfikowanej żywicy epoksydowej, otrzymanej z bisfenolu A i epichlorohydryny o średniej masie cząsteczkowej ≤ 700 w ilości 100 części wagowych wprowadza się napełniacz proszkowy węglanu wapnia w ilości 2 części wagowych, a następnie po wymieszaniu - wprowadza się utwardzacz w postaci zasady typu Mannicha, zawierający gramorównoważnik aktywnych atomów wodorowych 53 g/eq, w ilości 26 części wagowych, po czym miesza się kompozycję, poddaje się utwardzaniu w warunkach naturalnych przez okres co najmniej 7 dni.The subject of the application is an adhesive composition, which consists of an unmodified epoxy resin obtained from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin with an average molecular weight of ≤ 700 in an amount of 100 parts by weight, a Mannich base hardener containing a gram equivalent of active hydrogen atoms of 53 g/eq, in an amount of 26 parts by weight and calcium carbonate powder filler in the amount of 2 parts by weight. The application also includes a method for the preparation of an adhesive composition, in which a liquid unmodified epoxy resin obtained from bisphenol A and epichlorohydrin with an average molecular weight of ≤ 700 in an amount of 100 parts by weight is introduced with a calcium carbonate powder filler in an amount of 2 parts by weight, and then after mixing - the hardener in the form of a Mannich base containing 53 g/eq of active hydrogen atoms in an amount of 26 parts by weight is introduced, after which the composition is mixed, cured under natural conditions for a period of at least 7 days.
