Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania 4'-metylo-4-nitro-?,ß-dihydrochalkonu, o wzorze 2, na drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, w którym jako substrat stosuje się 4'-metylo-4-nitrochalkon, o wzorze 1. Wiązanie podwójne substratu redukuje się za pomocą systemu enzymatycznego szczepu bakterii z rodzaju Rhodococcus albo Gordonia.The subject of the application is a method for the preparation of 4'-methyl-4-nitro - α, ß-dihydrochalcone, of formula 2, by microbial transformation, in which 4'-methyl-4-nitrochalcone, of formula 1 is used as the substrate. Double bond the substrate is reduced by means of an enzyme system of a strain of Rhodococcus or Gordonia.
