Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania drewnianych drzwi przeciwpożarowych o zwiększonej izolacyjności akustycznej i cieplnej polega na tym, że docina się płyty (3) okładzinowe MDF, struga się i docina ramiaki pionowe i ramiaki poziome ramy skrzydła drzwi. Zestawia się przycięte ramiaki i klei się je ze sobą i z płytami MDF formatując skrzydło drzwi. Pomiędzy płyty (3) MDF do wnętrza ramy wkłada się formatkę (4) z wełny mineralnej. Skrzydło drzwi po sklejeniu kalibruje się na wymiar, a następnie w kolejnej operacji okleinuje się powierzchnie drzwi fornirem, usuwa się nadmiar forniru i kleju, szlifuje się i lakieruje się i suszy się skrzydło drzwi, po czym montuje się skrzydło drzwi do ościeżnicy. Po docięciu długości ramiaków na wymiar, w stykających się ze sobą powierzchniach tych ramiaków wykonuje się otwory pod kołki drewniane (6), aplikuje się w tych miejscach klej i łączy się te ramiaki na kołki drewniane (6). W każdym z połączeń elementów ramy umieszcza się co najmniej dwa kołki drewniane (6), przy czym osie symetrii tych kołków (6) nie leżą w jednej płaszczyźnie równoległej lub prostopadłej do płaszczyzny skrzydła drzwi.The method of manufacturing wooden fire doors with increased acoustic and thermal insulation is based on cutting the MDF cladding boards (3), planing and cutting the vertical stiles and horizontal stiles of the door leaf frame. The cut rails are combined and glued together and with MDF boards, formatting the door leaf. A mineral wool form (4) is inserted into the frame between the MDF boards (3). After gluing, the door leaf is calibrated to size, and then in the next operation the door surfaces are veneered with a veneer, the excess veneer and glue are removed, the door leaf is sanded and varnished and the door leaf is dried, then the door leaf is mounted to the frame. After the length of the stiles is cut to size, holes are made for wooden dowels (6) in the contact surfaces of the stiles, glue is applied in these places and the stiles are joined with wooden dowels (6). In each of the connections of the frame elements, at least two wooden pins (6) are placed, with the symmetry axes of these pins (6) not lying in one plane parallel or perpendicular to the plane of the door leaf.
