Abstract

Mechanizm regulacyjny aktywnego cylindra wytłaczarki, posiadającej tuleję i trzpień charakteryzuje się tym, że cylinder (1) składa się z tulei głównej (1a), z którą od strony wylotowej połączona jest pierwsza tuleja pomocnicza (1b), oraz od strony zasypowej połączona jest z druga tuleja pomocnicza (1c). W wewnętrznej powierzchni tulei głównej (1a) znajdują się rowki wzdłużne rozmieszczone promieniowo, zaś w każdym rowku od strony wylotowej znajdują się pierwsze trzpienie (2a) pierwszego zestawu trzpieniowego (2). Pierwsze trzpienie (2a) są połączone od strony wylotowej pierścieniem (2b), zaś do pierścienia (2b) zamocowane są końce pierwszych siłowników (3), których drugie końce zamocowane są do tulei głównej (1a). W każdym rowku od strony zasypowej znajdują się drugie trzpienie (4a) drugiego zestawu trzpieniowego (4). Drugie trzpienie (4a) są połączone od strony zasypowej wycinkiem pierścienia (4b). Do wycinka pierścienia (4b) zamocowane są końce drugich siłowników (5), których drugie końce zamocowane są do tulei głównej (1a).The adjustment mechanism of the active extruder cylinder, having a sleeve and a mandrel, is characterized in that the cylinder (1) consists of a main sleeve (1a), to which the first auxiliary sleeve (1b) is connected from the outlet side, and from the charging side is connected to the second auxiliary sleeve (1c). In the inner surface of the main sleeve (1a) there are longitudinal grooves arranged radially, and in each groove from the outlet side there are the first stems (2a) of the first stem set (2). The first stems (2a) are connected from the outlet side with a ring (2b), while the ends of the first cylinders (3) are attached to the ring (2b), the second ends of which are attached to the main sleeve (1a). In each groove from the charging side there are second mandrels (4a) of the second mandrel set (4). The second mandrels (4a) are connected from the charging side by a ring segment (4b). The ends of the second cylinders (5) are attached to the ring segment (4b), the other ends of which are attached to the main sleeve (1a).
