Abstract
Ujawniony jest sposób magazynowania dwutlenku węgla, zwłaszcza w przemyśle spożywczym, w układzie zintegrowanej gospodarki dwutlenku węgla, w którym wlotowy strumień (1) gazowego dwutlenku węgla poddaje się sprężaniu w sprężarce (3), a następnie poddaje się procesowi chłodzenia, przy czym chłodzenie prowadzi się w co najmniej pierwszym obiegu chłodzenia (I) czynnikiem chłodniczym, w którym strumień dwutlenku węgla przepuszcza się przez wejściowy wymiennik ciepła (5) oraz wyjściowy wymiennik ciepła (10), gdzie wejściowy wymiennik ciepła (5) w pierwszym obiegu chłodzenia (I) stanowi wielostrumieniowy wymiennik ciepła. Po etapie chłodzenia strumień dwutlenku węgla kieruje się do zaworu dławiącego (6), w którym część strumienia wykrapla się a następnie prowadzi do separatora (7), w którym zachodzi rozdzielenie fazy ciekłej i gazowej strumienia. Po etapie rozdzielania faz w separatorze (7) faza ciekła dwutlenku węgla magazynowana jest w zbiorniku (8) ciekłego dwutlenku węgla po czym zwiększa się ciśnienie fazy ciekłej w pompie (9) a następnie strumień ten prowadzi się do wyjściowego wymiennika ciepła (10) w pierwszym obiegu chłodzenia (I), w którym fazę ciekłą podgrzewa się i regazyfikuje a następnie podgrzewa utworzony przez to strumień gazowy po czym wprowadza się go do turbiny gazowej (12). Uzyskaną w separatorze (7) fazę gazową dwutlenku węgla zawraca się do wielostrumieniowego wymiennika ciepła (5) a następnie kieruje i podłącza się do wlotowego strumienia (1) gazowego dwutlenku węgla w usytuowanym przed sprężarką (3) mikserze (2).A method for storing carbon dioxide is disclosed, especially in the food industry, in an integrated carbon dioxide management system, in which the inlet stream (1) of gaseous carbon dioxide is compressed in a compressor (3) and then subjected to a cooling process, the cooling being carried out by in at least the first cooling circuit (I) with a refrigerant, wherein a stream of carbon dioxide is passed through an input heat exchanger (5) and an output heat exchanger (10), wherein the input heat exchanger (5) in the first cooling circuit (I) is a multi-stream heat exchanger. After the cooling step, the carbon dioxide stream is directed to a throttle valve (6) in which part of the stream is condensed and then led to a separator (7) in which the separation of the liquid and gas phases of the stream takes place. After the phase separation step in the separator (7), the liquid carbon dioxide phase is stored in the liquid carbon dioxide tank (8), then the pressure of the liquid phase in the pump (9) is increased, and then this stream is led to the output heat exchanger (10) in the first cooling cycle (I), in which the liquid phase is heated and regasified, and then the gas stream formed by it is heated and then fed to the gas turbine (12). The carbon dioxide gas phase obtained in the separator (7) is returned to the multi-stream heat exchanger (5) and then directed and connected to the inlet carbon dioxide gas stream (1) in the mixer (2) situated upstream of the compressor (3).
