Przedmiotem wynalazku jest konstrukcja bębnowego zespołu tnącego do cięcia warstwy materiału roślinnego na kawałki o określonej długości, który ma zastosowanie w maszynach roboczych typu sieczkarnie stacjonarne, samobieżne lub agregatowane z ciągnikiem rolniczym. Bębnowy zespół tnący składa się z wału (1), na którym osadzone są w sposób rozłączny trzy człony robocze (2, 3 i 4) złożone z podwójnych tarcz (2.1), (2.2) i (3.1), (3.2) i (4.1), (4.2), z odpowiadającymi im nożami tnącymi (2.5), (3.5) i (4.5), przy czym człon środkowy (2) ma większą średnicę w stosunku do członów bocznych (3 i 4) zaś tarcze zewnętrzne w członach bocznych (3.2) i (4.1) mają jednakową średnicę, a tarcze podwójne (2.1) i (2.2), (3.1) i (3.2) oraz (4.1) i (4.2) połączone są za pomocą czterech prostokątnych płyt wspornikowych (2.4), (3.4) i (4.4), zaś na obwodzie wszystkich tarcz podwójnych zamocowane są rozłącznie za pomocą śrub noże tnące (2.5), (3,5) i (4.5), przy czym na środkowym członie roboczym (2) noże (2.5) mają kształt podwójnego trapezu, a na bocznych członach roboczych (3 i 4), mają kształt pojedynczego trapezu (3.5) i (4.5).The subject of the invention is the construction of a drum cutting unit for cutting a layer of plant material into pieces of a specific length, which is used in working machines such as stationary, self-propelled or aggregated choppers with a farm tractor. The drum cutting unit consists of a shaft (1) on which three working members (2, 3 and 4) consisting of double discs (2.1), (2.2) and (3.1), (3.2) and (4.1) are detachably mounted ), (4.2), with the corresponding cutting knives (2.5), (3.5) and (4.5), with the middle member (2) having a larger diameter than the side members (3 and 4) and the outer discs in the side members ( 3.2) and (4.1) have the same diameter, and the double discs (2.1) and (2.2), (3.1) and (3.2) and (4.1) and (4.2) are connected by four rectangular support plates (2.4), (3.4 ) and (4.4), and on the periphery of all double discs, cutting knives (2.5), (3.5) and (4.5) are detachably mounted with bolts, while on the middle working member (2) the knives (2.5) have the shape of a double trapezoid, and on the working side members (3 and 4) they have the shape of a single trapezoid (3.5) and (4.5).
