Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowe uszczelnienie z cieczą magnetyczną dla wału obrotowego, zawierające tulejkę kołnierzową nieruchomą, tulejkę kołnierzową ruchomą, magnesy trwałe spolaryzowane promieniowo, magnesy trwałe spolaryzowane osiowo, wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki ciecz magnetyczną i pokrywę charakteryzujące się tym, że tulejka kołnierzowa nieruchoma (4) z kołnierzem (4a) jest osadzona w komorze dławnicowej obudowy (2), a tulejka kołnierzowa ruchoma (3) z kołnierzem (3a) jest osadzona na wale obrotowym (1), zaś na wewnętrznych powierzchniach cylindrycznych tulejki kołnierzowej nieruchomej (4) po obu stronach kołnierza (4a) są osadzone są magnesy trwałe (7 i 8) spolaryzowane osiowo, które przylegają do bocznych powierzchni kołnierza (4a) biegunami N oraz wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (9 i 10), które przylegają powierzchniami bocznymi do biegunów S magnesów trwałych (7 i 8). Na powierzchni cylindrycznej kołnierza (4a) tulejki kołnierzowej nieruchomej (4) oraz na powierzchni walcowej kołnierza (3a) tulejki kołnierzowej ruchomej (3) wykonane są występy uszczelniające, zaś we wnękach (3w) i (12w) usytuowanych naprzeciwko siebie, osadzone są magnesy trwałe (5 i 6) spolaryzowane promieniowo, przy czym magnes trwały (5) jest ustawiony prostopadle w układzie biegunów S-N, a magnes trwały (6) jest ustawiony prostopadle w układzie biegunów N-S względem osi wału obrotowego (1), a ciecz magnetyczna (11) znajduje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (δ).The subject of the application is a hybrid seal with a magnetic liquid for a rotating shaft, containing a fixed flange sleeve, a movable flange sleeve, radially polarized permanent magnets, axially polarized permanent magnets, multi-edge pole pieces, magnetic fluid and a cover characterized by the fact that the stationary flange sleeve (4) with a flange (4a) is mounted in the stuffing box of the housing (2), and the movable flange sleeve (3) with a flange (3a) is mounted on the rotating shaft (1), and on the internal cylindrical surfaces of the fixed flange sleeve (4) on both sides of the flange ( 4a), axially polarized permanent magnets (7 and 8) are embedded, which adhere to the side surfaces of the flange (4a) with their N poles, and multi-edge pole pieces (9 and 10), which adhere with their side surfaces to the S poles of the permanent magnets (7 and 8). Sealing projections are made on the cylindrical surface of the flange (4a) of the fixed flange sleeve (4) and on the cylindrical surface of the flange (3a) of the movable flange sleeve (3), and permanent magnets are embedded in the cavities (3w) and (12w) located opposite each other. (5 and 6) radially polarized, with the permanent magnet (5) set perpendicularly in the S-N pole system, and the permanent magnet (6) set perpendicularly in the N-S pole system relative to the axis of the rotating shaft (1), and the magnetic liquid (11) is located in the annular gaps (δ).
