Rozdzielacz hydrauliczny z napędem śrubowym przeznaczony do sterowania w układach hydraulicznych szczególnie narażonych na wpływ zewnętrznych drgań mechanicznych występujących w urządzeniach mobilnych, maszynach roboczych i pojazdach specjalnych, w którym rozdzielacz hydrauliczny (1) utworzony jest z korpusu (1a), we wnętrzu którego umiejscowiony jest suwak (1b) i w którym napęd śrubowy ma postać zestawionego z rozdzielaczem hydraulicznym (1) silnika elektrycznego (2), którego wał stanowi ułożyskowana w pokrywie tylnej (2b) i pokrywie przedniej (2d) silnika elektrycznego (2) nakrętka, w której osadzona jest śruba (2f), która ma samohamowny gwint i która współosiowo sprzężona jest z suwakiem (1b) rozdzielacza hydraulicznego (1), charakteryzuje się tym, że tworząca wał silnika elektrycznego (2) nakrętka stanowi zespół, który składa się z tulei prowadzącej (2a), w której osadzona jest ułożyskowana w pokrywie tylnej (2b) nakrętka tylna (2c) oraz w odstępie od niej, ułożyskowana w pokrywie przedniej (2d) nakrętka przednia (2e), przy czym nakrętka przednia (2e) z tuleją prowadzącą (2a) sprzężona jest trwale, a nakrętka tylna (2c) z tuleją prowadzącą (2a) sprzężona jest obrotowo i przestawnie wzdłuż jej osi, a ponadto obudowa stojana silnika elektrycznego (2) utworzona jest z części przedniej (2h), która zestawiona jest z rozdzielaczem hydraulicznym (1) i do której zamocowane jest uzwojenie (2i) stojana oraz zestawionej z częścią przednią (2h) przestawnie, na zakładkę, części tylnej (2j).Hydraulic distributor with a screw drive intended for control in hydraulic systems particularly exposed to the influence of external mechanical vibrations occurring in mobile devices, working machines and special vehicles, in which the hydraulic distributor (1) is made of a body (1a) inside which a slider is located (1b) and in which the screw drive has the form of an electric motor (2) combined with a hydraulic distributor (1), the shaft of which is a nut mounted in the rear cover (2b) and front cover (2d) of the electric motor (2), in which the screw is mounted (2f), which has a self-locking thread and which is coaxially coupled with the slider (1b) of the hydraulic distributor (1), is characterized by the fact that the nut forming the shaft of the electric motor (2) is an assembly that consists of a guide sleeve (2a), in which the rear nut (2c) mounted in the rear cover (2b) is mounted and, spaced from it, the front nut (2e) mounted in the front cover (2d), where the front nut (2e) is coupled with the guide sleeve (2a) permanently, and the rear nut (2c) with the guide sleeve (2a) is rotatably and adjustably coupled along its axis, and moreover, the electric motor stator housing (2) is made of the front part (2h), which is connected to the hydraulic distributor (1) and to which the stator winding (2i) is attached and the rear part (2j) connected with the front part (2h) with an overlap.
