Abstract
Sposób oczyszczania karbonizatu otrzymanego poprzez pirolizę polega na tym, że karbonizat oczyszcza się z wykorzystaniem roztworu kwasu chlorowodorowego, otrzymaną zawiesinę filtruje się, ponownie oczyszcza się z wykorzystaniem roztworu zasady sodowej, otrzymaną zawiesinę filtruje się, odfiltrowany karbonizat rozdrabnia się i suszy. Instalacja do pirolizy odpadów gumowych i oczyszczania karbonizatu zawiera reaktor do pirolizy (3) składający się z dwóch stref: jednej ogrzewanej indukcyjnie i drugiej ogrzewanej rezystancyjnie, połączonych i pracujących przy ciśnieniu obniżonym o 20-80 Pa względem ciśnienia atmosferycznego, przy czym przed reaktorem (3) umieszczony jest podajnik (2a) do podawania surowca, a za reaktorem (3) umieszczony jest podajnik (2b) do odbierania produktu pirolizy, separator magnetyczny (4) i co najmniej dwa zbiorniki (5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) na karbonizat połączone z filtrami świecowymi (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) i wyposażone w system mieszania hydrodynamicznego, przy czym instalacja jest także wyposażona w system chłodzenia gazu pirolitycznego połączony z reaktorem (3) do pirolizy i ze zbiornikiem na olej pirolityczny (8), a także w komorę spalania (9) i młyn koloidalny (19) albo młyn korundowy (19).The method of purifying the char obtained by pyrolysis consists in purifying the char using a hydrochloric acid solution, filtering the resulting suspension, purifying it again using a sodium hydroxide solution, filtering the resulting suspension, and grinding and drying the filtered char. The installation for pyrolysis of rubber waste and purification of char comprises a pyrolysis reactor (3) consisting of two zones: one heated inductively and the other heated resistively, connected and operating at a pressure reduced by 20-80 Pa with respect to atmospheric pressure, wherein a feeder (2a) for feeding the raw material is located in front of the reactor (3), and a feeder (2b) for receiving the pyrolysis product is located behind the reactor (3), a magnetic separator (4) and at least two tanks (5b, 5c, 5d, 5e) for char connected to candle filters (14a, 14b, 14c, 14d) and equipped with a hydrodynamic mixing system, wherein the installation is also equipped with a pyrolysis gas cooling system connected to the pyrolysis reactor (3) and to the pyrolysis oil tank (8), as well as a combustion chamber (9) and a colloid mill (19) or corundum mill (19).
