Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanka betonowa, zwłaszcza do produkcji prefabrykowanych elementów konstrukcyjnych dla rolnictwa, składająca się z 27,80% wag. piasku o uziarnieniu 0/2 mm, 18,82% wag. żwiru o uziarnieniu 2/8 mm, 28,71% wag. żwiru o uziarnieniu 8/16 mm, 13,67% wag. cementu wieloskładnikowego CEM V/A(S-V) 32,5, 6,84% wag. wody zarobowej, 4% wag. pyłu krzemionkowego i 0,14% wag. superplastyfikatora polimerowego, przy czym cement składa się z 40% - 64% klinkieru portlandzkiego, 18% - 30% granulowanego żużla wielkopiecowego, 18% - 30% popiołu lotnego krzemionkowego, siarczanu wapnia jako regulatora czasu wiązania i jest cementem o wysokiej wytrzymałości wczesnej (R), niskim cieple hydratacji LH, siarczanoodpornym HSR oraz niskoalkalicznym NA.The subject of the application is a concrete mixture, in particular for the production of prefabricated structural elements for agriculture, consisting of 27.80 wt.% sand with a grain size of 0/2 mm, 18.82 wt.% gravel with a grain size of 2/8 mm, 28.71 wt.% gravel with a grain size of 8/16 mm, 13.67 wt.% multi-component cement CEM V/A(S-V) 32.5, 6.84 wt.% mixing water, 4 wt.% silica fume and 0.14 wt.% polymer superplasticizer, wherein the cement consists of 40% - 64% of Portland clinker, 18% - 30% of granulated blast furnace slag, 18% - 30% of silica fly ash, calcium sulphate as a setting time regulator and is a cement with high early strength (R), low heat of hydration LH, sulphate-resistant HSR and low-alkaline NA.
