Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tlumik dzwieków przeznaczony, zwlaszcza, do dyfuzora wlotu swiezego powietrza. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, tlumik dzwieków wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyce, strukturze, materiale oraz jego ornamentacji. Wzór tlumika dzwieków jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia tlumik dzwieków w widoku perspektywicznym z góry i boku, fig. 2 - tlumik dzwieków w widoku z góry, a fig. 3 - tlumik dzwieków w widoku z boku. Tlumik dzwieków, wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma cienka prostokatna tasme z poprzecznie wzdluz calej jej szerokosci i równomiernie na niej od góry umieszczonymi plytkami o odmiennej powierzchni. Plytki srodkowe maja wwidoku z góry ksztalt prostokatów o scietych narozach, a plytki skrajne stanowia polówki plytek srodkowych. Cechami istotnymi tlumika dzwieków jest to, ze ma cienka prostokatna tasme z poprzecznie wzdluz calej szerokosci tasmy i równomiernie umieszczonymi na niej od góry plytkami o odmiennej powierzchni. Plytki srodkowe maja w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokatów o scietych narozach, a plytki skrajne stanowia polówki plytek srodkowych, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1-3 rysunku.fig. 1fig. 2fig. 3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a sound muffler intended, in particular, for a fresh air intake diffuser. Compared to similar products of this type, the sound muffler is distinguished by its novel design manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, colors, structure, materials, and ornamentation. The sound muffler design is shown in the drawing, of which Fig. 1 shows the sound muffler in a perspective view from above and side, Fig. 2 shows the sound muffler from above, and Fig. 3 shows the sound muffler from a side view. According to the design, the sound muffler is characterized by a thin rectangular strip with plates of different surfaces placed transversely along its entire width and evenly across it from above. The middle plates, viewed from above, have the shape of rectangles with cut corners, and the outer plates are halves of the middle plates. The sound attenuator's essential features are a thin rectangular strip with plates of different surfaces placed evenly across the entire width of the strip.
