Description

Opis wzoru Przedmiotem wzoru uzytkowego jest pas nosny uzupelniajacy szalunku stropowego skladajacy sie z belki nosnej oraz narozników z otworem montazowym ulatwiajacych szybki i bezpieczny montaz do glowic. Znana jest belka brzegowa i specjalna glowica brzegowa w systemie Ulma. W systemie Doka- dek 30 firmy DOKA do deskowania obszarów wyrównujacych stosowane sa dzwigary. W katalogu systemu deskowania DUO firmy PERI zaprezentowane zostaly laczniki 10 do wykony- wania polaczen pomiedzy elementami systemu: plytami, naroznikami i elementami kompensacyjnymi. W dokumencie numer JPS6088760A przedstawione zostalo polaczenie dzwigara z glowica. Dodatkowymi zale- tami wynikajacymi z malej masy wyrobów cienkosciennych sa krótki czasu montazu, uzyskiwany wsku- tek lekkosci elementów i proste laczenie srodkami zlacznymi, spoinami czy zgrzeinami. Przedmiot wzoru uzytkowego zostal przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1 pokazano sposób laczenia plyty z pasem nosnym za pomoca klinów montazowych, fig. 2 przedstawia jednolity profil pasa nosnego, fig. 3 przedstawia naroznik, zas fig. 4 pokazuje szczegól laczenia pasa nosnego z plyta. Pas nosny uzupelniajacy wykonany jest z jednoelementowego profilu 1 kwadratowego 100 x 80 x 3 mm pokrytego powloka ochronna (ocynk ogniowy), zapewniajaca dlugotrwala ochrone przed korozja. Pas uzupelniajacy na obu koncach posiada naroznik 2 wykonany z blachy gr. 3 mm z otworem montazowym 3, ulatwiajacy szybki i bezpieczny montaz do glowic. PL PLDescription of the design: The subject of the utility model is a supporting beam for slab formwork, consisting of a supporting beam and corner pieces with a mounting hole that facilitate quick and safe attachment to the heads. The edge beam and special edge head in the Ulma system are well-known. In the Dokadek 30 system from DOKA, beams are used to form infill areas. The infill beams of the Dokadek 30 system have elements at both ends that allow them to be attached to the heads or another beam. The PERI DUO formwork system catalog features connectors 10 for creating connections between the system components: panels, corner pieces, and compensation elements. Document number JPS6088760A shows the connection between the beam and the head. Patent document CN101591973B describes the corners of the system elements used to connect them to the drop head. With the introduction of modern technologies in residential, industrial, and civil engineering construction, and the improvement in work culture on construction sites, demand has emerged for new lightweight and adjustable formwork systems based on modern structural solutions. They offer a number of advantages, including: speed of assembly and disassembly, modularity, and reduced material requirements thanks to faster reuse. Particular development has occurred in the area of aluminum structures, characterized by low weight and therefore safety and efficiency. The only drawback of these solutions is their price, related to the use of expensive and easily deformable construction material, aluminum, which is up to 10 times more expensive than steel. The essence of the utility model is a supporting strip for ceiling formwork, constructed from a single-piece profile with mounting holes, terminated on both sides with a corner piece with an opening. The corner piece's mounting hole is elongated and positioned asymmetrically in the corner piece relative to the profile axis. Furthermore, the corner piece terminates with a U-shaped projection pointing downward. A natural solution to the high costs associated with using formwork systems is to construct them from steel, particularly thin-walled, cold-formed elements. The main advantages of this type of element can be utilized here, such as a 25 to 50% reduction in steel consumption compared to rolled products, and the freedom to shape the cross-section, which allows for the most favorable geometric characteristics (moments of inertia, strength moduli, radii of gyration) of bent sections relative to their cross-sectional areas. This applies to both closed and open-section products. Additional advantages resulting from the low weight of thin-walled elements include short assembly times, achieved due to the lightness of the elements, and simple joining using fasteners, welds, or welds. The subject of the utility model is presented in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the method of connecting the panel to the carrying strap using mounting wedges, Fig. 2 shows a uniform profile of the carrying strap, Fig. 3 shows a corner, and Fig. 4 shows a detail of connecting the carrying strap to the panel. The supplementary carrying strap of the ceiling formwork is constructed from a single-element profile 1 with mounting holes, terminated on both sides by a corner 2 with an opening. The mounting hole 3 of corner 2 has an elongated shape and is located in corner 2 asymmetrically with respect to the axis of profile 1. Furthermore, corner 2 is terminated with a U-shaped projection 4 directed downward. The supplementary support strip is made of a single-piece square profile 100 x 80 x 3 mm, coated with a protective coating (hot-dip galvanized), ensuring long-term protection against corrosion. The supplementary support strip has a corner 2 made of 3 mm thick sheet metal with a mounting hole 3 on both ends, facilitating quick and safe installation to the heads. The supplementary support strip is used to fill gaps on the outer perimeter of the ceiling formwork, to fill holes around columns, and to fill other gaps where 156 x 78 panels cannot be used. The support strip is attached using a mounting wedge, which locks into the side holes of the panel and the support strip.
