Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru încalzirea aerului de combustie si a combustibilului gazos folosita la cauperele furnalelor. Instalatia se realizeaza, în principal, prin montarea pe traseul de evacuare a gazelor din caupere a doua preîncalzitoare, unul pentru aerul de combustie, iar celalalt pentru combustibilul gazos, preîncalzitoarele fiind prevazute cu cosuri pentru evacuarea gazelor aflate sub presiune în cauper. Prin preîncalzirea aerului de combustie si a combustibilului gazos utilizînd caldura fizica a gazelor evacuate din caupere se poate reduce consumul de combustibil cu putere calorifica superioara si anume gaze naturale, economia neta fiind de circa 5...9 kgcc/t fonta.The invention relates to a plant for heating the combustion air and the gas fuel used in the furnace burners. The installation is mainly accomplished by fitting two preheaters, one for the combustion air and the other for the gas fuel, on the exhaust duct, the preheaters being provided with baskets for the exhaust of gas under pressure in the cauper. Preheating combustion air and gaseous fuel using the physical heat of exhaust gases from cameras can reduce the consumption of fuel with a higher calorific value, namely natural gas, with a net economy of about 5 ... 9 kgcc / t of cast iron.
