Inventia se refera la un preparat medicamentos, pentru tratamentul hipocalcemiilor, caracterizat prin aceea ca are o greutate moleculara de 8000...9000, contine 15...18% azot total, 3...7% oxid de calciu si 80...90% proteine, produsul prezentîndu-se sub forma de pulbere de culoare alb-galbuie. Procedeul de preparare a preparatului medicamentos consta în aceea ca tesutul dermic de la animale se gonfleaza cu aciod lactic, se hidrolizeaza la o presiune de 1,5...3,0 ot, la un pH adus la 6,5...7 cu o solutie apoasa ce contine bicarbonat de sodiu, clorura de potasiu si hidroxid de calciu, dupa care produsul obtinut se supune atomizarii.The invention relates to a medicament for the treatment of hypochalcemia, characterized in that it has a molecular weight of 8000 ... 9000, it contains 15 ... 18% total nitrogen, 3 ... 7% calcium oxide and 80 .. .90% protein, the product being in the form of a white-yellow powder.
