Claims (22)
1. Расклинивающий наполнитель, который включает в себя порошковую золь гель керамику, имеющую округлость и прочность на сжатие, подходящие для использования в качестве расклинивающего наполнителя.
2. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.1, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика изготовлена из алюмосиликата.
3. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.2, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика изготовлена из геополимера.
4. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.2, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика изготовлена при помощи перемешивания, формования и отверждения алюмосиликатов при температурах ниже 200°С.
5. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.4, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика изготовлена при помощи перемешивания, формования и отверждения алюмосиликатов при температурах ниже 80°С.
6. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.1, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика изготовлена из фосфатов и оксидов металлов.
7. Расклинивающий наполнитель по одному из пп.1-6, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика имеет кажущуюся удельную массу от 1,4 до 1,9 г/см3.
8. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.1, используемый для расклинивания скважины.
9. Способ получения расклинивающего наполнителя, который включает в себя следующие операции: формование золь гель композиции из предшественников керамики; и формование и отверждение золь гель композиции с получением порошковой золь гель керамики, имеющей округлость и прочность на сжатие, подходящие для использования в качестве расклинивающего наполнителя.
10. Способ по п.9, в котором золь гель композиция представляет собой смесь алюмосиликатов и водных растворов силикатов щелочного металла.
11. Способ по п.10, в котором алюмосиликаты содержат геополимеры.
12. Способ по п.9, в котором золь гель композиция содержит смесь фосфатов и оксидов металлов.
13. Способ по одному из пп.9-12, в котором перемешивание, формование и отверждение проводят при температурах ниже 200°С.
14. Способ по п.13, в котором перемешивание, формование и отверждение проводят при температурах ниже 80°С.
15. Способ по п.9, в котором формование и отверждение золь гель керамики включает в себя следующие операции: формование сфероидальных гранул; сглаживание поверхности сфероидальных гранул; и отверждение сфероидальных гранул.
16. Способ по п.15, в котором отверждение сфероидальных гранул представляет собой отверждение сфероидальных гранул в барабанной печи.
17. Способ по п.16, в котором отверждение имеет место при температуре выше, чем 30°С.
18. Способ по п.9, который дополнительно предусматривает нанесение покрытия на порошковую золь гель керамику,
19. Способ по п.18, в котором порошковую золь гель керамику покрывают пленкой из материала, выбранного из группы, в которую входят эпоксидная смола, фурановая смола или феноло-альдегидный полимер.
20. Способ по п.9, в котором порошковая золь гель керамика имеет кажущуюся удельную массу от 1,4 до 1,9 г/см3.
21. Расклинивающий наполнитель, полученный способом по пп.9-20.
22. Расклинивающий наполнитель по п.21, который дополнительно содержит наполнители.
