Abstract
A wind rotor in which a Darrieus-type rotor blade 2 and a Savonius-type rotor blade 3 have been combined so that the Savonius-type rotor blade 3 has been located in the carrier shell 6a-6d of the vane blade 1 of the wind rotor, the carrier shell 6a-6d supporting the Darrieus- type rotor blade 2, so that the complete vane blade 1 of the wind rotor forms a self-supporting unit. <IMAGE>
