Description
Изобретением вл етс способ изготовлени деталей дл чемоданов, футл ров и т. л. галантерейных изделий путем прессовани .
Предлагаемый способ по сравнению с известными аналогичными способами увеличивает производительность и уменьшает стоимость изделий.
Особенность способа заключаетс в том, что детали изготавливают из непрессоваиного полуфабриката искусственной 1КОЖИ на волокнистой основе с совмещением операций формовани и уплотнени изделий.
Дл осуществлени способа берут подготовленный по обычной методике и рецептуре непрессоваиный полуфабрикат искусственной кожи на волокнистой основе и помещают его дл формовани в штамп, соответствуюш;ий конфигурации, например, деталей чемоданов, футл ров и т. п. галантерейных изделий.
Непрессованный полуфабрикат предварительно уплотн ют до заданной величины, форму деталь, после чего провод т окончательное ее прессование .
