Устройство дл образовани пустот в бетоне содержит упор 1, охватывающий неполные полуцилиндры 2, снабженные фиксаторами положени устройства 3, а в основании торцовыми полубортами 4, закрепленными наклонно к диаметральной плоскости цилиндра и св занными друг с другом в вершине угла шарнирами 5. Между неполными полуцилиндрами 2 расположен сердечник, состо щий из продольных брусков 6 с буртиками 7, соединенных шарнирно рычагами 8, установленными под углом к ним, с продольной т гой 9, снабженной петлей 10 и отверстием 11 под палец дл фиксации сердечника в исходном положении . - Дл придани продольным брускам 6 жесткости они снабжены усиливающими косынками 12. После пропаривани , когда бетон набрал доста-. точную прочность, производ т распалубку устройства, дл зтого сначала вынимают фиксирующий палец из отверсти 11, а затем удар ют кувалдой по выступающим наружу концам продольных брусков 6, усиленных косынками 12. При этом происходит постепенный отрыв концов продольных брусков 6 от бетона и складывание сердечника . После того, как продольные бруски 6 оторвутс от бетона и выйдут из зацеплени с полуцилиндрами 2, по последним удар ют, наруща сцепление металла с бетоном, полуцилиндры 2 смещаютс к центру, и вынимают устройство из стакана лебедкой или при помощи гидроцилиндров.Initially, it is assembled by inserting the core fixed in the initial position with a finger inserted into the hole 11, between the semicylinders 2, fastened with their clamping element 13.
