Abstract

Изобретение относится к генетической инженерии. Согласно предлагаемому способу кодирующий обратную транскриптазу pol-ген ДНК вируса саркомы Рауса встраивают в плазмидный вектор экспрессии, в частности в pUC 9, непосредственно за lac-промотором, полученные фрагменты используют для трансформации бактерий E.coli, после чего отбирают рекомбинантную ДНК, обладающую набором последовательностей, обеспечивающих репрессию и индукцию вирусного pol-гена, связывание его МРНК с рибосомой, а также последовательностью инициации и терминации трансляции. Полученной рекомбинантной ДНК трансформируют E.coli, клетки бактерий разрушают и фермент очищают ионообменной хроматографией.
