Abstract

Buluş konusu şeffaf pişirici (1), içerisinde kullanılan cam sayısının fazla olması dolayısıyla ortaya çıkan montaj ve servis problemini çözmek için tasarlanmış olup; bir dörtgen prizma olacak şekilde birleştirilmesiyle ana gövdeyi oluşturan ve dış hacme bakacak şekilde konumlandırılmış birden fazla sayıda kaplamasız cam (3), bir dörtgen prizma olacak şekilde birleştirilmesiyle ana gövdeyi oluşturan ve iç hacme bakacak şekilde konumlandırılmış birden fazla sayıda kaplamalı cam (2), ısıl izolasyon sağlamak için, kaplamasız cam (3) yerine kullanılabilecek en az bir vakumlu cam, kaplamalı camların (2) ya da kaplamasız camların (3) bir arada tutularak ana gövdeyi oluşturabilmesi için en az bir çerçeve (8), kaplamalı camların (2) karşılıklı iki kenarına uygulanması için metalik yapıştırıcı (11), çerçeve (8) içerisinde bulunan ve bakır lamanın (6) yerleştirilmesi için en az bir yuva (13), bakır lamanın (6) pozisyonlamasını sağlamak ve oksijenle temasını kesmek için en az bir dil (14), çerçevenin (8) arka tarafından veya ortasından açılmış en az bir kablo deliği (17), kablo deliğinden (17) geçerek çerçevenin (8) dışına çıkan elektrik kabloları (7), elektrik kabloları (7) ile kaplamalı cam (2) arasında köprü görevi gören bakır lama (6), cam üzerine uygulanarak, kaplamalı camı (2) oluşturmak için en az bir ısıtıcı film kaplama (10), çerçeve (8) içerisinde bulunan, kaplamasız cam (3) veya vakumlu camın yerleştirilmesi için en az bir kanal (15), ana gövdeyi çerçeveleyen en az bir metal profil (9), metal profil (9) ile kaplamasız cam (3) arasında bulunan en az bir izolasyon malzemesi (5), metal profillerin (9) birbirine tutturularak ana gövdeyi oluşturması için en az bir köşe bağlantı elemanı (12), metal profil (9) içerisinde, kaplamalı cam (2) ile kaplamasız cam (3) arasında bulunan, ısıl izolasyon ve sızdırmazlık sağlanabilmesi için içerisinde soygaz ya da kuru hava bulundurulan en az bir kanal (18) içermektedir.
