201014757 六、發明說明: 【發明所屬之技術領域】 本發明係與管路之儲水裝置有關,尤其涉及一 種具有兩個進出水口可供分別連接兩組管路之壓力 桶。 【先前技術】 台灣公告第M2509U、M312357號專利,係顯示 一種壓力桶内部具有一充氣隔膜,並藉此充氣隔膜 將其内部空間區隔出一儲水室及一充氣室。由於該 壓力桶只有一個管接頭與該儲水室連通,因此該壓 力桶僅只能連接一組管路。 【發明内容】 本發明提供一種具多進出水口的壓力桶。該壓 力桶包括一金屬桶、一塑膠桶、一充氣隔膜、一第 一金屬接頭、一第一防漏組件、一第二金屬接頭、 一第二防漏組件及一氣嘴。該金屬桶具有一上桶及 下桶’該上桶有一圓盤及一中空圓柱,該中空圓 柱延伸自該圓盤的圓周,且該中空圓柱有一第一平 面區’該圓盤有一第二平面區,該下桶的底部有一 第二平面區。該塑膠桶設於該上桶内部。該充氣隔 膜設於該塑膠桶的内部,且與該塑膠桶共同界定形 201014757 成一儲水室,及與該下桶共同界定形成一充氣室。 該第金屬接頭具有一外管及一内管。該外管的外 壁有一螺紋段,一多邊形段銜接該螺紋段,及一圓 形段銜接該多邊形段。該内管係銜接該外管的圓形 段’亚穿過該第—平面區及該塑膠桶而與該儲水室 連通。其中,該圓形段與該中空圓柱的外表面焊接 在一起,該内管包括一基段及一變形段,該變形段 ❹ 係被衝壓成一固定片,用以將該塑膠桶固定在該上 桶的中空圓柱内面。該第一防漏組件包括一第一止 水墊圈、一第一止水環及一第一固定墊圈。該第一 止水墊圈套於該第一金屬接頭的内管上,且被夾在 該塑膠桶的外面與該上桶之中空圓柱的内面之間。 該第一止水環係套於該第一金屬接頭的内管上,且 被夾在該第一固定墊圈的一面與該塑膠桶的内面之 β 間。該第二金屬接頭係結構相同於該第一金屬接 頭,該第一金屬接頭的内管係穿過該第二平面區及 該塑膠桶的墊部而與該儲水室連通。其中,該第二 金屬接頭的圓形段與該圓盤的外表面焊接在一起, 該第二金屬接頭的内管包括一基段及一變形段,該 變形段係被衝壓成一固定片,用以將該塑膠桶固定 在該上桶的圓盤内面。該第二防漏組件包括一第二 止水墊圈、一第二止水環、及一第二固定墊圈。該 201014757 第二止水墊圈套於該第二金屬接頭的内管上,且被 夾在該塑膠桶的外面與該上桶的圓盤的内面之間。 該第二止水環係套於該第二金屬接頭的内管上,且 嵌入該墊部的第二環槽中。該第二止水環的厚度並 略大於該第二環槽的深度,且被夾在該第二固定墊 圈的一面與該塑膠桶的墊部之間。該氣嘴設於該下 桶的第三平面區,且連通該充氣室。 ❹ 如此,藉由該第一金屬接頭及該第二金屬接頭 係可分別連接兩組管路,而且藉由該第一、二金屬 接頭提供水的進出係可使該儲水室中的充氣隔膜上 不會沈積髒物。另外,該上桶的第一、二平面區分 別配合該第一、二金屬接頭之圓形段更是可便於焊 接作業。又該第一、二止水環的厚度分別略大於該 第一、二環槽的深度的結構,係可使該第一、二止 © 水環分別完全填滿該第一、二環槽,而使其因此具 有良好的止漏效果。 【實施方式】 第一、二圖係顯示本發明所述之具多進出水口 的壓力桶包括一金屬桶1、一塑膠桶2、一充氣隔膜 3、一環圈4、一第一金屬接頭5、一第一防漏組件 6、一第二金屬接頭7、一第二防漏組件8及一氣嘴 201014757 9。其中: 該金屬桶1具有一上桶1〇及一下桶u。該上 桶10有一圓盤12及一中空圓柱13,該中空圓柱13 延伸自該圓盤12的圓周。該中空圓柱13凹陷有一 第一平面區14,該圓盤12中央有一第二平面區15, 該下桶11的底部有一第三平面區16。其中,該第 一平面區14、該第二平面區15及第三平面區16的 内外侧面皆呈平面狀。 該塑膠桶2係設於該上桶1〇内部。 該充氣隔膜3係為軟性橡耀·材質,且設於該塑 膠桶2的内部,並與該塑膠桶2共同界定形成一儲 水室30’及與該下桶11共同界定形成一充氣室31。 該環圈4係將該充氣隔膜3的周邊結合於該塑 膠桶2的開口,且並利用輥壓的方式使該上桶1〇 _ 及該環圈4將該充氣隔膜3及該塑膠桶2緊密地爽 於其間。 該第一金屬接頭5係具有一外管5〇及一内管 51。該内管51係穿過該上桶10之第一平面區u 及該塑膠桶2而與該儲水室30連通。 該第一防漏組件6套設於該内管51,供防止該 第一金屬接頭5與該塑膠桶2的接合處漏水。 該第二金屬接頭7的結構係相同於該第一金屬 201014757 接頭5,且該第二金屬接頭7的内管η係穿過該上 桶10的第二平面區15及該塑膠桶2而與該儲水室 30連通。 該第二防漏組件8套設於該二金屬接頭7的内 管Ή,供防止該第二金屬接頭7與該塑膠桶£的接 合處漏水。 該氣嘴9係包括一第三金屬接頭9〇及一第三防 漏組件91及一單向氣閥92。該第三金屬接頭90具 一外管900及一内管9〇1。該内管9〇1係穿過該下 桶11的第三平面16而與該充氣室31連通。該第三 防漏組件91係套設於該第三金屬接頭9〇的内管 9〇1’供防止該第三金屬接頭9〇與該下桶u的接合 處漏氣。該單向氣閥92係固定於該第三金屬接頭 90中可供灌入空氣。 在本發明中,該第一金屬接頭5及該第二金屬 接頭7較佳是用不鏽鋼製成,藉以符合FDA的飲用 水標準, 第三、四圖係顯示該第一金屬接頭5、該上桶 該塑膠桶2及該第—防漏組件6的結合狀態。 其中: 該上桶10的第一平面區14上具有一第一固定 孔 140。 201014757 該内桶2的侧壁對應該第一固定孔14〇處具一 第一結合孔20。 該第一金屬接頭5之外管50的外壁有一螺紋段 Μ 夕邊形段53及一圓形段54。該螺紋段52係 :供螺鎖於—管路上。該多邊形段53係銜接該螺故 氯,該圓形段54係銜接該多邊形段μ,且該多 邊形段53為六邊形,該圓形段54係與該中空圓柱 3的第一平面區14的外表面焊接在一起。該第一 金屬接頭5的内管51係穿過該第一固定孔14〇及該 第結合孔20,且包括一基段55及一變形段56。 該基段55銜接該外管50的圓形段54,該變形段56 銜接該基段55。該變形段56的厚度比該基段55 薄,且該變形段56係被衝壓成一固定片,用以將該 塑膠桶2固定在該上桶10的中空圓柱13内面。 該第一防漏組件6包括一第一止水墊圈6〇、一 第一止水環61、及一第一固定墊圈62。該第一止水 墊圈60套於該第一金屬接頭5的内管51上,且被 失在該塑膠桶2的外面與該上桶1〇之第一平面區 14的内面之間。該第一止水環61係套於該第一金 屬接頭5的内官51上,且被夾在該第一固定墊圈 62的一面與該塑膠桶2的内面之間。該第一固定墊 圈62包括一環片63、一側片64及一延伸片66。該 201014757 環片63套於該第一金屬接頭5的内管51上。該侧 片64由該環片63的圓周向外傾斜延伸,使該環片 63與該侧片64之間形成一第一環槽仍供容納該第 一止水環61。該延伸片66延伸自該側片64的圓 周’且一面可貼靠在該塑膠桶2的内面。該第一金 屬接頭5之内管51的變形段56係被衝壓在該環片 63的另一面上,該第一止水環61的厚度略大於該 ❹ 第一環槽65的深度。 第五、六圖係顯示該第二金屬接頭7、該上桶 、該塑膠桶2及該第二防漏組件8的結合狀態。 其中: 該上桶10之圓盤12的第二平面區15上具有一 第二固定孔150。 該塑膠桶2的内面頂部係凸出一墊部21,及該 ® 塑膠桶2頂面有一第二結合孔22貫通至該塾部 21。該塾部21於該第二結合孔2 2的孔口周圍係具 有一第二環槽23。 該第二金屬接頭7之外管70的螺紋段72係可 供螺鎖於另一管路上。該第二金屬接頭7之外管 的圓形段74係與該圓盤12之第二平面區15的外表 面焊接在一起。該第二金屬接頭7的内管71係穿過 該第二固定孔150及該第二結合孔22。該第二金屬 12 201014757 接頭7之内管的變形段76的厚度比基段乃薄, 且該變形段76係被衝壓成-固μ,用以將該塑膠 桶2固定在該上桶1〇的圓盤ι2内面。 該第二防漏組件8包括一第二止水墊圈8〇、一 第二止水環81及一第二固定墊圈们。該第二止水 墊圈80套於該第二金屬接頭7的内管71上,且被 夾在該塑膠桶2的外面與該上桶1〇之第二平面區 15的内面之間。該第二止水環81係套於該第二金 屬接頭7的内管71上,且位在該第二環槽23中, 並被夾在該第一固疋墊圈82的一面與該塑膠桶2
