在靜置時膠凝之調配物。因此’此等物質本身不 肥料塗居田 >仝 D 尽用途。另一方面,低水解度PVA展現低黏度,但 展現相對高之吸濕特性。 11 201033232 出乎意料地,已發現硼與所選PVA之組合避免形成不 溶性物質同時亦保持高分子量PVA之大部分抗水性及低分 子量PVA之低黏度特性。雙峰pvA組成物在本文中尤其較 佳。 Ο 根據本發明之較佳完全快乾聚合性組成物包括:(1) 約20-50 Wt% (更佳約35_45 wt%)之一或多種先前描述之 順丁烯二酸-伊康酸共聚物,宜呈較佳部分鈣鹽共聚物之形 式,其中緩酸鹽以所存在緩酸鹽之約丨_35% (更佳為約 10-30%)之含量_取代,以共聚物處於水性分散液中 時相應PH值為約2.35-3,75;⑺約5_6〇wt% (更佳為約 35_5〇wt°/〇之含量的揮發性有機溶劑,較佳為甲醇;(3) 約0.5-10 wt% (更佳、約2_6 wt%)之含量的低分子量; (4)約(M-4wt% (更佳約〇‘2 2wt%)之含量的高分子量 PVA; (5)比率為約1:2至1:2〇(更佳為約1:4至1:12) 的高分子量PVA與低分子量pvA;⑷約〇55wt% (更 ❹ 佳約2·4 Wt%)之含量的職;&⑺組成物之餘量為水。 該較佳塗層組成物典型地具有約25_55wty<㈣含量,更 佳為約35-50 wt%。 般而5,將雙峰PVA與順丁稀二酸-伊康酸共聚物混 合’同時加熱至約80-110°c之程度並授拌-段時間以確保 P/A部分溶解。隨後在額外搜拌下,添加有機乾燥劑,接 Ί棚纟較佳製備程序中,在室溫下將固體含量為 、’,、。4水!·生順丁烯二酸_伊康酸共聚物混合物置於反 應器中,並劇烈授拌。隨後添加低及高分子量PVA,且在 12 201033232 持續劇烈攪拌下加熱混合物至97t:。將此混合物在9VC下 煮45分鐘以確保所有PVA物質溶解。隨後開始真空蒸餾混 合物直至其達到約60_70% w/w之所要固體濃度,此後使混 合物冷卻至室溫。隨後在劇烈攪拌下添加甲醇直至混合物 變為均質。最後,在進一步攪拌下添加硼酸直至完全溶解。 全部5^合性組成物含有約4〇% w/w固體。 由水性共聚物鹽及乾燥劑構成且其中存在或不存在雙 峰乙烯系聚合物及硼之聚合性組成物可藉由任何適宜方式 (諸如藉由喷灑或浸潰)施用於諸如固體肥料之農業上適 用之固體產品。發現較佳聚合性組成物出乎意料且驚人地 相容且不會分離或沈澱固體。一般而言,含聚合物組成物 以每公噸肥料或其他固體產品約〇.^加侖含聚合物組成物 之含量(更佳以約〇·3-〇.8加命之含量)施用。 雖然在較佳形式中,塗層組成物之成份在施用於固體 肥料前混合在-起以形成完整產品,但是有可能單獨施用 _共聚物鹽、乾燥劑及其他成份,尤其若在實質上同時或緊 接地施用時。在此等情況下,考慮到兩種不同施用物質之 組成’應用率將與上文所述相同。此外,本發明之聚合物 組成物可用於多種農業上有用之產品,諸如種子或土壤改 良劑。 本文之快乾組成物亦可經調配從而包括各種染料、顏 料、著色劑、追蹤劑等。該實務為農業技術中所熟知。已 知多種染料與高離子強度之完全水性調配物不太相容。然 而,發現可更容易地向含有大量揮發性有機組份之本發明 13 201033232 ::成物中補充該等染料,且其對固體肥料染色之效率因較 佳PVA之存在而加強。 甘以下實施例閉明本發明之較佳含聚合物快乾組成物及 其用途。然而應瞭解,該實施例係以說明之方式提供且其 令任何内容均不應視為對本發明之總體料構成限制。' 實施例1 藉由以每公嘲尿素1/2加命液態含聚合物組成物之比 液態含聚合物組成物施用於粒狀尿素來製備肥料组成 2 (尿素+Nutrisphere彻甲醇水溶液)。含聚合物組成物 由上述Nutnsphere-N®共聚物鹽構成。 以與上文相同之比率 手便用Nutrisphere-N®產品水溶液 施用於粒狀尿素上來製備另一肥料組成物,但是無甲醇乾 燥劑(尿素+ Nutrisphere-N®水溶液)。 最終測試肥料為純粹無塗層尿素(無塗層尿素)。 ^該三種肥料組成物進行田間測試以測定甲醇乾燥劑 ' ㈣響。該測試在堪薩斯州科特蘭(C〇urtland,KS) 的克裏特(Crete)粉沙壌土土壤(pH 6.5 ,有機物2.2%,
