M322475 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關於一種風扇之改良結構,特別是指一 種可減少摩擦之輕鋼架用風扇之改良結構。 【先前技術】 習知輕鋼架專用之風扇’係將整體置於輕鋼架之間 格内,其空氣係以輕鋼架上方及其下方之整體空間作為 對流空間,不但對流空間大而須耗用較大能源,且其輕 鋼架與屋頂間經常會積存灰塵,而有吹向下方之慮等缺 失。針對其缺失,一新型專利,為中華民國九十三年十 二月一日之第M251939號專利’創作一種輕鋼架用風扇 之改良結構’如第1、2圖所示’分別為習知輕鋼架用 風扇之結構分解圓、蓋體俯視圖,風屬包括有基座1、 扇葉2、蓋艘3,基座1内中央設有馬達π ,於四周則 延設有定位板12’用以將風扇定位於天花板之輕鋼架 上’而扇葉2則抽設於馬達11,並以蓋艘3固設於基座 1上。其中,蓋體3包括有蓋板31、迺轉盤32及固定 環33,而蓋板31底面311中央具有一圓孔312,於底 · . *. 面311四周垂直延伸有柵板313,其圓孔312四周設有 限制滑件314,上述迴轉盤32,恰可置於圓孔312中, 並為其四周所設之限制滑件314所定位,並以一固定環 33固定於蓋板31,藉由馬達11之像動元件in所傳動, 而馬達11之傳動元件111係固設於基座1上,再者, 5 M322475 蓋板31與迴轉盤32間重*處亦設有六個旋轉滑件315 於蓋板31之底面311圓孔312四周。藉由以上所述之 結構使風扇設置於輕鋼架上時,可讓空氣更加對流順 暢,而使待在室内的人因空氣對流順暢而感到涼爽不用 開冷氣,或是於開冷氣時,由於風扇所造成的對流,可 以使冷氣不用設定到很低溫就可以達到相同的涼爽 度,而進一步達到節省能源之目的。然而習知的迴轉盤 32係置於圓孔312中,並為其四周所設之限制滑件314 所定位,由於旋轉盤32與限制滑件314之間長期磨擦 下來,塑膠製的旋轉盤32因此容易造成扭曲變形,因 而產生嗓音,而蓋體也因此容易鬆脫而掉落。 【新型内容】 有鑑於以上之問題’本創作提供一種輕鋼架用風扇 之改良結構,藉以達到避免噪音產生、元件裝設穩固、 延長使用壽命之目的。 為達上述之目的,本創作揭露一種輕鋼架用風扇之 改良結構,風扇之結構包括:基座、扇葉、迴轉盤、固 定環、蓋體,其改良之結構係於旋轉盤上設有一容置 槽,於容置槽内設有一轴柱,轴枉上設有一鎖孔;於固 定環上設有一樞接座及複數個用以連接框接座和固定 環邊緣之支撐肋條,於樞接座之一面上凸設一中空之套 柱,套柱上設有一通孔,而框接座多另一面具有一自表 面朝内凹陷之凹陷部,凹陷部係與通孔相通。欲將固定 環與迴轉盤疊合時,先將迴轉盤之轴柱穿過固定環之套 M322475 柱上的通孔,然後再放置至少一個轴承於固定環之凹陷 部内,最後再以一鎮固件鎖設於轴柱上的鎖孔’使迴轉 盤得以樞接於固定環上❹其中,於迴轉盤之軸柱上更可 套設至少一個轴承於固定環與迴轉盤之間。另外,於蓋 體更設有一淺槽,並於其内設有一軸承。 本創作之主要目的乃在提供一種輕鋼架用風扇之 改良結構,其係藉由迴轉盤柩接於固定環上,使迴轉盤 不需再設置習知所述之限制滑件即可達到定位之目的。 1 再者,由於迴轉盤係柩接於固定環上,不需再設置 習知所述之限制滑件’雨使避轉盤不會與限制滑件發生 摩擦、變形,繼而達到避免噪音產生、元件裝設穩固之 目的。 有關本創作之特徵舆實作’茲配合圓示作最隹實施 例詳細說明如下。 【實施方式】 為使責審查委員方便了解本創作之内容,及所能 達成之功效,茲配合圓示列舉一具體實施例,詳細說明 如下: 首先’請參閱第3圖’係為本創作輕鋼架風扇之 結構分解囷。一種輕鋼架用風扇之改良結構/其風扇係 包含有基座4、扇葉5、固定環6、逛轉盤了、蓋禮8, 基座4内中央設有馬達41,於四周則延設有定位板42, 用以將風扇定位於天花板之輕銅架上,而扇葉5則轴設 於馬達41,並以蓋體8國設於基座4上。其中,蓋體8 7 M322475 之底面81中央具有一圓孔82,於底面81四周垂直延伸 有栅板83,其圓孔82四周設有六個旋轉滑件84,上述 迴轉盤7恰可置於圓孔82中,並置於六個旋轉滑件84 上,然後再以一固定環6固定於蓋體8上。轉盤7藉由 馬達41之傳動元件411所傳動,而馬達41之傳動元件 411係固設於基座4上。 至於風扇之改良結構之局部結構,請參照第4、5 圖,於迴轉盤7中央設有一容置槽71,於容置槽71内 設有一轴柱72,而轴柱72上設有一鎖孔721。於固定 環6上設有一樞接座61及複數個用以連接枢接座61和 固定環6邊緣的支撐肋條62,於樞接座61的一面上凸 設有一中空之套柱611,且套柱611上設有通孔612, 而樞接座61的另一面具有一自表面朝内凹陷之凹陷部 613,並且凹陷部613與通孔612相通。 欲將固定環6與迴轉盤7疊合時,需將固定環6凸 設套柱611之一面朝向迴轉盤7,當迴轉盤7之轴柱72 穿過固定環6之套柱611上的通孔612後,再放置至少 一個轴承63於固定環6之凹陷部613内,然後再以鎖 固件64鎖設位於凹陷部613内之轴柱72上的鎖孔721, 使迴轉盤7得以樞接於固定環6上。其中,於迴轉盤7 之轴柱72上更可套設至少一個轴承73於固定環6與迴 轉盤7之間,使迴轉盤7作動更加順暢。接著,將樞接 在一起的固定環6與迴轉盤7置於蓋艘8中央之圓孔82 中,使固定環6置於圓孔82四周的六個旋轉滑件84上 9 8 M322475 並且固定環6與六個旋轉滑件84形成接觸,使旋轉滑 件84輔助迴轉盤7作動更為順暢。另外,請參閱第6 圖,於蓋體8之底面81更設有一淺槽85,其淺槽85之 設置位置係對應於傳動元件411之設置位置,於淺槽85 内放置一轴承851,得以使傳動元件411於作動時可以 更加穩固。 綜上所述之實施例可得知本創作輕鋼架用風扇之 改良結構,係藉由迴轉盤樞接於固定環上,使迴轉盤不 需再設置習知所述之限制滑件即可達到定位之目的,並 且可避免迴轉盤與限制滑件發生摩擦、變形,達到延長 風扇的使用壽命,並且,因為減少限制滑件之設置,而 達到降低生產成本之目的。 上列詳細說明4針對本創作之一可行實施例之 具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本創作之專利範 圍,凡未脫離本創作技藝精神所為之等效實施或變更, 例如:等變化之等效性實施例,均應包含於本案之專利 範圍中。 • ·- . . 綜上所述,本案不但在空間型態上確屬創新,並能 較習用物品增進功效,應已充分符合新穎性及進步性之 法定創作專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請貴局核准 本件創作專利申請案’以勵創作,至感德便。 9 M322475 【圖式簡單說明】 第1鬮係為習知輕鋼架用風扇之結構分解圖。 第2國係為習知輕鋼架用風扇I蓋體俯視圖。 第3國係為本創作輕鋼架用風扇之結構分解圖 第4躪係為本創作輕鋼架用風扇之局部分解囷 第5國係為本創作固定環之局部結構圓。 第6钃係為本創作輕鋼架用風扇之局部俯視圖 【主要元件符號說明】 »15一 基馬 傳動元件 定位板 扇葉 蓋體 蓋板 底面 312… .....圓孔 313··. .....柵板 314 — ——限制滑件 315··· ----旋轉滑件 32··· ··••迴轉盤 33···· • · · ·固定環 4…… ----基座 41…· ••…馬達 M322475M322475 VIII.
