Abstract

Винахід відносяться до харчової промисловості. Спосіб передбачає попередню обробку сировини, сушіння нарізаних в стружку бульб з наступним подрібненням їх в порошок. Бульби ріжуть на стружку з поперечним перерізом у формі квадрата (або прямокутника) зі стороною 3-4 мм, а сушіння здійснюють при швидкості сушильного агента 1,8-2,2 м/с та температурі 80-85°С протягом 140-160 хвилин.
