Штам дріжджів Saccharomyces cerevisiae ХЛ-І для одержання хлібопекарських дріжджів за спеціалізованою технологією. Винахід відноситься до харчової промисловості. Здійснена селекція нового штаму дріжджів, який має підвищену генеративну активність та високу економічність біосинтезу в поєднанні з високою ферментативною активністю.Технічний результат, який одержують від використання винаходу: інтенсифікація біосинтетичної активності штаму. Споживчі властивості об'єкт винаходу, зв'язані з технічним результатом - підвищення виходу дріжджів з одиниці сировини та покращення їх хлібопекарських властивостей.
