Abstract

Спосіб отримання брикетів, при якому для підготовки початкової сировини до шнекового пресування між зоною завантаження сировини і зоною попереднього розігрівання маси сировини, що переробляється, за рахунок сил внутрішнього тертя, формують зону додаткового подрібнення, визначають вологість початкової сировини і оцінюють необхідність в попередньому технологічному сушінні її до нормативних значень вологості, а режим переробки сировини для забезпечення необхідних споживчих показників брикетів підбирають у вигляді комбінації із зміни вищезгаданого зазору між конічними поверхнями, зміни швидкості обертання шнека і зміни кількості завантажуваної сировини.
