Abstract

Sportschuh, bestehend aus einem zwei gegeneinander bewegliche Abschnitte (1a, 1b) umfassenden Unterteil (1) sowie einem Vorderschaft (2) und einem Hinterschaft (3), welche über zumindest ein Gelenk (4) mitsammen beweglich verbunden sind, wobei die beweglichen Abschnitte (1a, 1b) des Unterteils über eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (9) fixierbar sind, dass in den an den Hinterschaft (3) anschliessenden Bereich des Unterteiles ein in diesem bewegbar angeordnetes Betätigungselement (6) angeordnet ist, und dass das Betätigungselement (6) über eine am Hinterschaft (3) mittels einer Federeinrichtung (22) an diesem angeordnete Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) mit dem Hinterschaft (3) in Verbindung steht und mit der Betätigungseinrichtung (9) verbunden ist, derart, dass bei Betätigung des Betätigungselementes (6) oder der Betätigungseinrichtung (9) eine gleichzeitige Fixierung oder Freigabe sowohl des Schaftes (2, 3) als auch des Unterteiles (1a, 1b) erfolgt. Das Betätigungselement ist mit der Federeinrichtung über eine an diesem als Aufnahmebügel ausgebildete Aufnahmeeinrichtung (10) zur automatischen Verriegelung des Schaftes bei Einrücken des als vorzugsweise Heckklappe ausgebildeten Betätigungselements verbindbar und über ein Verbindungsgestänge oder einen Bowdenzug mit dem Einstellelement (9) verbunden.
