Selon l'invention, ladite cloison intermédiaire (2) est munie d'un bras élastique périphérique (18) muni d'une pente radiale (21) coopérant avec une pente radiale de sens inverse formée sur la face extérieure du bec (25) du couvercle (3). Application aux boîtiers pour cosmétiques.

Description

Boîtier à fard.
L'invention concerne un boîtier à fard du type comprenant un fond et un couvercle articulés entre eux, et une cloison intermédiaire comportant une cavité destinée à recevoir un produit de maquillage pâteux ou aggloméré, ladite cloison intermédiaire fermant par sa face opposée à ladite cavité un logement formé dans ledit fond et destiné à recevoir un accessoire de maquillage tel que houppette ou éponge, ainsi qu'un bec d'encliquetage du couvercle sur un crochet du fond.
Les moyens de verrouillage généralement utilisés dans ce type de boîtier comprennent un poussoir rappelé élastiquement et monté en général dans le fond et coopérant avec une encoche dans le couvercle. Ce type de verrouillage est de construction et d'assemblage relativement compliqués pour des fabrications de très grande série et présentent en outre l'inconvénient de ne pas agir sur la cloison intermédiaire, qui est maintenue par simple serrage entre le fond et le couvercle.
La présente invention vise à fournir un nouveau boîtier à fard du type décrit à l'introduction, dans lequel la cloison intermédiaire est verrouillée avec le couvercle et le fond, les moyens de verrouillage étant réalisés de manière extrêmement simple et économique, sans montage ou assemblage supplémentaire.
A cet effet, le boîtier selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que ladite cloison intermédiaire est munie d'un bras élastique périphérique muni d'une pente radiale coopérant avec une pente radiale de sens inverse formée sur la face extérieure du bec du couvercle. Une poussée sur le bras élastique suffit pour libérer le bec d'encliquetage par rapport au crochet et ouvrir le couvercle. La cloison intermédiaire peut pivoter en soulevant le bras périphérique.
Avantageusement, la cloison intermédiaire est moulée d'une seule pièce en matière thermoplastique avec son bras élastique. De préférence, le couvercle avec son bec et le fond avec son crochet sont moulés respectivement d'une seule pièce en matière thermoplastique.
Selon une forme d'exécution de l'invention, l'extrémité libre du bras élastique de la cloison intermédiaire coopère avec le bord du fond en position de verrouillage, ce qui renforce le verrouillage du boîtier.
De préférence, le fond, la cloison intermédiaire et le couvercle sont articulés autour d'un axe commun. La fabrication et l'assemblage du boîtier sont rendus ainsi extrêmement simples et économiques. Le fond peut être muni de trous d'aération venus de moulage. Le couvercle peut comprendre un logement pour un miroir.
L'invention sera bien comprise à la lecture de la description suivante d'un exemple de réalisation de l'invention, description faite en se référant au dessin annexé dans lequel:
la figure 1 est une vue en plan de 1'intérieur du fond du boîtier; la figure 2 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne II-II de la figure 1 ; la figure 3 est une vue en élévation frontale du fond des figures 1 et 2; la figure 4 est une vue en plan de la face de la cloison intermédiaire du boîtier opposée au fond; la figure 5 est une vue en élévation frontale de la cloison intermédiaire de la figure 4; la figure 6 est une vue en élévation latérale de la cloison intermédiaire des figures 4 et 5; la figure 7 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne V I-V I de la figure 4; la figure 8 est une vue en plan de la face interne du couvercle du boîtier; la figure 9 représente, dans sa moitié de gauche, une demi-vue en élévation frontale du couvercle de la figure 8 et, dans sa moitié de droite, une demi-vue en coupe selon la ligne IX de la figure 10; et la figure 10 est une vue en plan de la face externe du couvercle des figures 8 et 9.
Le boîtier est constitué d'un fond 1 (figures 1 à 3), d'une cloison intermédiaire 2 (figures 4 à 7) et d'un couvercle 3 (figures 8 à 10) fabriqués respectivement par injection d'une matière thermoplastique et articulés entre eux par un axe commun constitué d'une simple broche (non représentée).
Le fond 1 (figures 1 à 3) comprend un évidement central 4 percé de trous d'aération 5, ainsi qu'une echancrure postérieure 6 dont les bords sont percés de trous d'axes 7 et 8 alignés. Le bord frontal du fond 4 comprend une echancrure 9 au centre de laquelle fait saillie un crochet 10 tourné vers 1'extérieur.
La cloison intermédiaire 2 (figures 4 à 7) comprend un évidement central 11 pour le logement de fard (non représenté) sous forme pâteuse ou agglomérée. Le bord postérieur de la cloison 2 comporte un méplat 12 duquel font saillie deux pattes 13 et 14 percées respectivement de trous transversaux alignés 15 et 16. Le bord antérieur de la cloison 2 est muni d'un décrochement central 17 surmonté partiellement par un bras élastique 18 raccordé au bord de la cloison par un décrochement 19 et dont l'extrémité libre comporte un doigt 20. La portion centrale du bras 18 comporte un biseau 21 tourné vers 1' intérieur et vers le bas. Le couvercle 3 (figures 8 à 10) comporte un logement central 22 pour un miroir (non représenté) et son bord postérieur est muni d'une saillie orthogonale 23 percée d'un trou traversant transversal 24. Le bord postérieur du couvercle 3 est muni d'un bec 25 tourné vers l'intérieur et qui comporte un chanfrein" extérieur 26 incliné vers 1'intérieur.
Pour l'assemblage du boîtier, la saillie 23 du. couvercle 3 est logée entre les pattes 15 et 16 de la cloison intermédiaire 2 et les pattes 15 et 16 sont disposées dans l'echancrure 6 du fond 1 , de sorte que les trous 7, 15, 24, 16 et 8 soient alignés. Une broche (non représentée) est ensuite sertie dans les trous alignés et sert d'axe d'articulation commun au fond 1 , à la cloison intermédiaire 2 et au couvercle 3.
La cloison 2 se loge dans le fond 1 , le doigt 20 du bras élastique 18 étant adjacent au bord correspondant du décrochement central 17. Lorsqu'on referme le couvercle 3 , son bac (25) vient s'encliqueter sur le crochet 10 du fond 1. Simultanément, le chanfrein 26 du couvercle 3 vient glisser contre le biseau 21 du bras élastique 18 en repoussant élastiquement le bras 18 radialement vers l'extérieur, le doigt 20 du bras 18 venant en appui sur le bord de l'echancrure 9 du fond 1, en procurant ainsi un effet supplémentaire de coincement du bras élastique 18 entre le fond 1 et le couvercle 3.
Pour ouvrir le boîtier, il suffit de repousser le bras 18 vers l'intérieur, le biseau 21 repoussant le chanfrein 26 du couvercle 3. Le couvercle 3 est ainsi poussé en rotation dans le sens de l'ouverture, de sorte que son bec 24 se dégage du crochet 10 du fond 1. L'évidement 4 du fond 1 peut servir au logement d'une éponge (non représentée) dont l'humidité est évacuée par les trous 5.
Le bord périphérique du couvercle 3 comporte un arrondi 27 qui, en position de fermeture, se raccorde au bord périphérique du fond 1 , 1'ensemble formant alors un boîtier extrêmement esthétique.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Boîtier à fard du type comprenant un fond (1 ) et un couvercle (3) articulés entre eux, et une cloison intermédiaire (2) comportant une cavité (11) destinée à recevoir un produit de maquillage pâteux ou aggloméré, ladite cloison intermédiaire (9) fermant par sa face opposée à ladite cavité un logement (4) formé dans ledit fond (1) et destiné à recevoir un accessoire de maquillage tel que houppette ou éponge, ainsi, qu'un bec d'encliquetage (25) du couvercle (3) sur un crochet (10) du fond (1 ) , caractérisé en ce que ladite cloison intermédiaire (2) est munie d'un bras élastique périphérique (18) muni d'une pente radiale (21) coopérant avec une pente radiale (26) de sens inverse formée sur la face extérieure du bec (25) du couvercle (3) .
2. Boîtier selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que la cloison intermédiaire (2) est moulée d'une seule pièce en matière thermoplastique avec son bras élastique (18).
3. Boîtier selon 1'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) avec son bec (25, 26) et le fond (1) avec son crochet (10) sont moulés respectivement d'une seule pièce en matière thermoplastique.
4. Boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre (20) du bras élastique (18) de la cloison intermédiaire (2) coopère avec le bord du fond (1) en position de verrouillage.
5. Boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le fond (1 ) , la cloison intermédiaire (2) et le couvercle (3) sont articulés autour d'un axe commun.
6. Boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le fond (1 ) est muni de trous d'aération (5) venus de moulage.
7. Boîtier selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (3) comprend un logement (22) pour un miroir.
