中空軸 3 8, 4 2から外部に取出された吸熱管 1 2は、 図 2の上部ではカップ リング 3 0によってパイプ 2 8に接続され、 図 2の下部ではカツプリング 3 2に よってパイプ 3 4に接続される。 各カップリング 3 0 , 3 2は、 吸熱管 1 2を回 転可能にパイプ 2 8, 3 4に接続する。 ガラス管 2の外部に伸びているアルミ管 4に対してホース 2 6 , 1 6力《接続され、 カップリング 2 4 , 1 8を介して冷却 水パイプ 2 0 , 2 2に接続されている。 また図 2には一部が示されているのみで ある力く、固定フレーム 4 0, 4 6に対して多数のハイブリツ ド管 2が並列配置さ れて用いられる。
図 3は媒体の循環システムを示し、 加熱された熱媒体 1 4は図示 2 8 aに示す ところから、 圧力容器 6 0内に導入され、 圧力容器 6 0内に貯蔵されている低沸 点媒体 6 2を加熱する。 低沸点媒体 6 2の加熱によって熱を奪われた熱媒体 1 4 は回収タンク 6 4に戻され、 図 3と図 2に番号 3 4 aに示すように、再利用に供 される。
圧力容器 6 0内で加熱されて沸騰した気体は通路 6 6 , 7 0を介して冷却容器 7 2に噴射される。 このときの気体の流れによってタービン 6 8が回転し、 その タービン 6 8の回転で発電が行なわれる。 冷却容器 7 2内にはパイプ 8 2によつ て冷却水が通っており、 気化していた気体が液体 7 3に戻される。 液体に戻った 低沸点媒体 7 3は圧力ポンプ 7 6によつて通路 7 4 , 7 8から圧力容器 6 0に戻 される。
冷却容器 7 2内で低沸点媒体 7 3を冷却することによつて加熱された冷却水は 温水タンク 8 4に回収され、 通路 8 6から温水必要部位に導かれる。 なお図示 7 9は水道水の導入口を示し、 図示 2 0 aはアルミ管 4を通る間に加熱された水が 温水タンク 8 4に戻されることを示している。
次に上記の太陽光利用装置の作動を説明する。 前述したようにモータ 4 8は太 陽の方角を検出するセンサ信号に基づいて制御されるために、 図 1の姿勢が常時 維持され、 発電光は太陽電池 6に集光され、加熱光は吸熱管 1 2に集光される。 発電光は集光した状態で太陽電池 6に入力されるため太陽電池 6は小さなもので よい。 また太陽電池 6に集光される光からは加熱光が除去されているために、 太 陽電池 6が加熱光で加熱されて発電効率が低下するという要因が除去される。 そ のうえに本実施例では、 冷却水 8によって太陽電池 6力 '冷却されるために、 高い 発電効率が得られる。 なお冷却水 8は予め低温に冷却したものを用いることが好 ましい。 また加熱光は集光された状態で吸熱パイプ 1 2を照射し、 内管 1 2 b内 の熱媒体 1 4が高温に加熱される。 熱媒体 1 4の移動速度は、 圧力容器 6 0内に 導入されるときに数百度の温度となるように調整される。
数百度に加熱された熱媒体 1 4は図 3に示すようにして発電と温水生成に利用 され、 電力需要と温水需要を満たすことができる。
この実施例の場合、 ほぼ断面円形のハイブリツド管を利用するため、 太陽追尾 のためのエネルギをごく小さなものとすることができる。 また熱媒体 1 4は数百 度まで加熱されるために少量で大熱量を貯蔵することができる。
第 2実施例
図 4は第 2実施例のハイプリッド管の横断面図を示している。 このハイプリッ ド管は全体がほぼ楕円形状の透明ガラス管 2 cで形成され、 下半部の断面形状は ほぼ放物面 2 dとなっている。 放物面 2 dにはアルミ層 2 eが蒸着され、 加熱光 を反射して焦点に集光する。 その焦点位置に前述した吸熱管 1 2 dが配置されて いる。 放物面 2 dと吸熱管 1 2 dの間に、 凸形の放物面鏡 1 0 dが K置されてお り、 この放物面鏡 1 O dはシリ.コンコ一ティングされており、 加熱光を透過して 発電光を反射する。 放物面鏡 1 0 dで反射された発電光はほぼ平行光となって太 陽電池 6 dを照射する。 太陽電池 6 dの下側には冷却水パイプ 4 dが通っていて、 冷却水 8 dが通過する。 又吸熱管 1 2 dの内部を熱媒体 1 4 dが通過する。
このハイプリッド管は第 1実施例とほぼ同様に用いられ、 第 1実施例とほぼ同 様の作動が得られる。
第 3実施例
このハイプリッド管は、 図 5に示されているように、放物面鏡 2 f の上部が平 板ガラス 2 iで形成されている。 また発電光を選択的に反射する半反射板 1 0 f がほぼ平面であり、 発電光を図 4の場台よりも狭い範囲内に集光する。 このハイ プリッド管は高さがほぼ半分ですむという利点を有している。
第 4実施例
図 6は第 4実施例のハイブリツド管の横断面図を示し、 上面開放の角断面の筒 3の上部にフレネルレンズ 1力固定されている。 そのフレネルレンズ 1の集光位 置に吸熱管 1 2 i力、 '配置されている。 フレネルレンズ 1と吸熱管 1 2 iの間に凸 放物面形の半反射板 1 0 iが設けられており、 発電光を太陽電池 6 iに集光する。 太陽電池 6 iの背部には冷却水パイプ 4 1カ配置されている。 このハイプリッド 管も図 2に示したのとほぼ同様に太陽追尾するように用いられる。
第 5実施例
図 7は、 紙面垂直方向に伸びるボックス形のハイブリツド装置の実施例を示し ている。 ステンレス等の対腐食性の上面開放の箱 2 kが屋根ないし地上に固定さ れて用いられる。 箱 2 kの上部は透明ガラス板 3 kで塞がれている。 箱 2 kの長 手方向に沿って 2枚の 3角プリズム 4 k, 6 1^カ配置されており、 第 1プリズム 4 kは軸 8 kのまわりを傾動可能となっており、 第 2プリズム 6 kは軸 1 O kの まわりを傾動可能となつている。 2枚のプリズムの角度は太陽の方向に合わせて 調整され、常時に太陽光を箱 2 kの側壁に沿って入射される平行光とする。
箱 2 kの下部には放物面鏡 1 2 kが固定され、 その焦点位置に吸熱管 1 4 が 配置されている。 またその吸熱管 1 4 kの上部に、 発電光を反射して加熱光を透 過する半反射式の放物面鏡 1 6 k力配置され、 そのほぼ焦点位置に太陽電池 1 8 kが固定されている。 太陽電池 1 8 kの背面には冷却水パイプ 2 0 kが通されて いる。 図中 22 kは断熱材であり、 この断熱材によって放物面鏡 16kと 12k 力《位置決めされている。
第 5実施例の場合、 箱 2 k自体は固定して用いられ、 その内部でプリズム 4 k, 6 kが太陽に追尾する。
図 8はその平面図を示しており、 冷却水は冷却コイル 24 kに導かれ、 ファン 26 kによって冷却される。 また吸熱管 14 kは外部に導かれ、 温水交換器に利 用される。 吸熱管 14kの熱媒体は直接冷暖房機に用いるようにしてもよい。
第 6実施例
図 9は第 6実施例の横断面図を示している。 この実施例は箱 2 mの高さを低く するように配置されており、 吸熱管 14mと太陽電池 18m, 19mがほぼ同じ 高さに配置されている。 太陽電池 18m, 19mは、 三角形の冷却水パイプ 20 mの 2辺に固定されている。 図中 16mは発電光を反射して加熱光を透過する選 択反射式の放物面鏡であり、 図中 12mは加熱光を反射する放物面鏡である。両 放物面鏡 16m, 12mは一端 3 Om側で一体化され、 他端側でその間隙が広く なるように全体として傾斜角が変えられており、 かつ下側の放物面鏡 12mの方 が上側の放物面鏡 16mよりも半径が大きい。 2つの放物面鏡 12m, 16mの 間のスぺースは大気であつてもよいが、 この実施例では透明のガラス液が密封さ れている。 両放物面鏡 12m, 16mは軸 32mのまわりに傾動可能となってお り、 太陽の移動に追尾して、 発電光は太陽電池 18m, 19mに集光され、 加熱 光は吸熱管 14 mに集光される。
なお図 5に示した構造を箱のなかに収容し、 その箱を設置位置に固定すること も可能であり、 この場合には図 5に示す放物面鏡を箱のなかで、 焦点位置を中心 に傾動可能とする。 なおこの場合には透明ガラス 2 iを箱の上面に設ける。 同様 に図 4に示した分離焦光のための光学系を箱内に収容することも可能であり、 こ の場台にも分離焦光のための光学系を太陽に合わせて追尾させる。
図 15はさらに他のハイブリツドボックスを示し、 箱 22 Xのなかにハイプリ ッド機能が収容されている。 図中 2 Xは放物面鏡であり、 全太陽光を反射し、 焦 点に集光させる。 その焦点に吸熱管 12 Xが設置されている。 吸熱管 12 Xの下 方に、 曲率半径の大きい半反射式の放物面鏡 1 Ox力《設置されており、 放物面鏡 2 xで反射された全太陽光のうち、 発電光を反射して太陽電池 6 Xに集光する。 放物面鏡 1 0 Xの半径の大小の調整によって、 発電光を太陽電池 6 Xに集光でき る。 このために太陽電池 6 Xは小さなものですむ。 他の部材は他の実施例と同様 である。 箱 2 2 Xの上面は透明板 2 0 Xで被湲されている。 この場合、 放物面鏡 1 0 X , 2 x、 太陽電池 6 Xが放物面鏡 2 Xの焦点を中心に太陽に追尾して回転 する。
第 7実施例
図 1 0は第 7実施例を示している。
図 1 0に示すように、 本装置は、 上方部に設置するパネル部 1 0 1と、 これを 支持するステンレス柱で形成する台部とから成り立つている。
図 1 0に示すように本装置は、 4本以上のステンレス柱 1 5 3で、温室として 一定の高さまで利用するように多段の棚式温室 1 4 6を数段設け、最上部に太陽 追尾形のパネル 1 0 1がパネル中央芯部に固着された上回転支軸 1 0 5及び下回 転支軸 1 0 4の内部に熱媒体排出管 1 0 9及び注液管 1 4 1を通した状態で、 パ ネル 1 0 1が自由に回転できるように、 パネル支持台 1 1 2に上軸支持べアリン グ 1 1 0、 下軸支持べァリング 1 3 5で支持され、 これをステンレス柱 1 5 3に より形成した台上に設けた支点ジョイント 1 3 8で下方部の 1点を支持し、上方 部を角度ジョイント部 1 1 8を介してデルタ形ジャッキ 1 2 2を角度変更用ギヤ ドモーター 1 2 1により上下に角度変更できるようになつている。
箱形になったパネル 1 0 1の内部は、 表面にフレネルレンズ 1 0 3を形成した ァクリル板力取付けられ、 各レンズの集光部には、 長波長透過式集熱管 1 3 3が、 図 1 1に示すように水平方向に各レンズ毎設けられ、 これを注入側は注入マニホ ールド 1 3 6、 排出側は排出マ二ホールド 1 2 0で結合して、 それぞれ支持軸の 中空部を通りカップジョイント 1 0 8及び力ップジョイント 1 3 4で、 外部に導 き出されている。
図 1 0に示すように上回転支軸 1 0 5には回転用スプロケット 1 0 6が固着さ れており、 パネル支持台 1 1 2に固着した回転用ギヤ一ドモーター 1 1 1により 回転できるようになつている。
図 1 2に示すように、 各フレネルレンズ 1 0 3の集光軸であるフレネルレンズ 集光光軸 5 1の焦点部分に設けた長波長透過式集熱管 1 3 3は、 その上面部力《逆 V字形をした、 2面を持つ凹レンズ形をしたガラスでその内側に選択反射面を形 成するために、 反射形の多層のシリコン蒸着膜が蒸着されている可視光線選択式 反射鏡部 1 2 9により、 可視光線は斜め上方に半分ずつ反射されて可視光線反射 光軸 1 5 0として、 フレネルレンズ 1 0 3の横に設けられた V字形を形成した V 形表裏発電集光電池 1 0 2により裏面で発電できるとともに V字形上面の表面部 でも集光しない状態で発電できる構造となっている。
可視光線選択式反射鏡部 1 2 9の裏面管部は、 ガラス又は金属で形成され一体 に結台されており、 内部には、 微粒子伏の活性炭を溶剤中に分散させた黒色不凍 液である熱媒体 1 4 9が透過しながら加熱される構造となっている。
パネル 1 0 1の横、 下面には、 断熱材 1 4 8が敷き詰められており、 底部には、 集熱管部に反射光が与えられるようになつた底部アルミ反射鏡板 1 5 2が設けら れ、 光の有効利用が図られている。
図 1 0に示すように、 パネル支持台 1 1 2のすぐ下には、 低沸点溶剤を密閉式 容器で完全密閉し循環できる発電装置である密閉式低温加熱タービン 1 3 9力蒸 発槽 1 1 6及び冷却槽 1 1 7から形成されており、 蒸発槽 1 1 6には、 熱媒体排 出管 1 0 9より内部のラジェターで低沸点溶剤を過飽和蒸気とし、 冷却槽との間 の絞り弁 1 1 5の出口部羽根車 1 1 3で発電機 1 1 4を回転し発電できるように すると共に、下方に設けた断熱材で保温された熱媒体蓄熱槽 1 2 4に排出される。 冷却槽 1 1 7には、下方に設けた充分な容量を持った温水蓄熱槽 1 4 5より、 冷却水循環ポンプ 1 4 3により冷却水 1 4 4が内部の蒸気を沸点以下に冷却しな がら温水蓄熱槽 1 4 5の温水収容部 1 4 0に戻るように循環し、 冷却槽 1 1 7の 底部にたまる低沸点溶剤は、 高圧ポンプ 1 3 7により蒸発槽 1 1 6に戻されるこ とにより低沸点溶剤は循環使用される。
温水蓄熱槽 1 4 5には、一SITf方が開放された仕切り板が設けられ、 上方より 市水が流入できるように水道水給水管 1 3 0の出口部にフロート弁 1 2 5で注入 量をコントロールされており、 温水収容部 1 4 0より温水給湯管 1 3 1を介して、 家庭内の各所に給湯されると共に、 この下方に設けられている棚式温室 1 4 6の 各段下部に設けた液肥貯留槽 1 4 7の内部の液肥を液肥加温管 1 3 2により加温 できる構造となっている。
熱媒体蓄熟槽 1 2 4の底部より貯留された熱媒体を熱媒体循環ポンプ 1 4 2に より注液管 1 4 1を介してパネル内の長波長透過式集熱管 1 3 3に循環する。 図 1 3は別例を示し、 図 1 4はその B— B断面図を示しており、 パネル 2 0 1 がステンレス柱 2 0 0の台上で、 太陽に向かって 4 0度程度の傾斜をつけて固定 されたものとなり、縦方向に馬蹄形で曲率の大きい断面を持ち、 その内部に順次 曲率が、 一層大きくなる縦長の馬蹄形多層集積レンズ 2 6 0力《パネルガラス板 2 6 6の上面に設置されており、 各レンズ間の下面には V形表裏発電集光太陽電池 2 0 2が互い違いに並列に設置されている。
図 1 4に示すように、 馬蹄形多層集積レンズ 2 6 0で集光された太陽光は、 下 方に設けた長波長選択形湾曲反射鏡 2 6 4により、 その裏面に蒸着したシリコン 等により可視光を集光して可視光線光軸 2 6 5として、 V形表裏発電集光太陽電 池 2 0 2の裏面より照射して起電力を得ると共に電池の表面では、 直接太陽光を 受けて起電力を得る構造となっている。
長波長選択形湾曲反射鏡 2 6 4には、 ガラス管等で形成された長波長透過式集 熱管 2 3 3が密着一体化されており、 その内部を熱媒体 2 4 9力《、 赤外線の照射 を受けて高レベルの加温を受けて流れており、 その外周部には、 真空空間 2 6 3 を介してガラス管 2 6 2力設置されており、 内部の熱を逃がさない工夫が施され ている。
パネル 2 0 1の横や底部には、 ガラスウール等の断熱材 2 4 8力《設けられ、 底 部には、 底部アルミ反射鏡板 2 5 2を設けることで一層の集光力を得ている。 このような構造であるから、 この装置を使用せんとする時は、 パネル 2 0 1を 太陽の動きにあわせて追尾させて、 フレネルレンズ 2 6 0で集光した集光倍率の 非常に高い太陽光を、 可視光選択式反射鏡部 2 6 4で可視光と長波長光である赤 外線に分離し、可視光は、 V形表裏発電集光太陽電池 2 0 2の裏面で起電し、 表 面からも太陽光で起電する。
長波長光は、長波長透過式集熱管 2 3 3で内部の熱媒体 2 4 9を高レベルに加 熱し、 この^^体 2 4 9により、 密閉式低温加熱タービンの内部の低沸点溶剤を 過飽和蒸気とし、 熱媒体は下方に設けた熱媒体蓄熱槽に貯留され冷却のサイクル の中で発電機で起電力を得ると共に低沸点溶剤は、 循環使用する全密閉完全リサ イクル式となっている。
図 1 3及び図 1 4に示す別例では、 レンズが固定式の為、 集光倍率は低いが設 備費の低下を見込める。
このように、 太陽光を追尾による高倍率の集光又は固定、°ネルによる低倍率で はあるが設備費の安いそれぞれの特徴をもつた装置で、 熱と可視光の分離により 効率的な発電を行うとともに、 冷却水の温水化による低レベル温水の利用及び必 要に応じて高レベルの熱媒体温度を使用した熱湯発生を可能とし、 下方での温室 での加温にも熱使用することで、 ここで育てる野菜の育成を早めて生産物を多く できる等の特徵を持つた多目的熱光分離形集光発電装置である。
以上に説明したように、 本発明の構成は、 下方に棚式温室を設け、 その上部に 温水貯留槽、 熱媒体蓄熱槽を設けることで、 パネルでの集光レンズによる熱光分 雠による熱の利用を高め、 高レベルの熱媒体加熱で、 発電力を得ると共に、 分離 した可視光も集光太陽電池で効率的に起電力を得、 低レベル温水、 高レベル熱湯 の利用が計れると共に、 多段温室とその加温により農作物の育成を計れることで 多目的により設備費の償却が早く行えることを特徴とした多目的熱光分離形集光 発電装置を提供することができる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1. 太陽光の集光のための光学系に発電光と加熱光を分離する分離装置を組込み、 発電光の集光点近傍に太陽電池を配置し、 加熱光の集光点近傍に吸熱管を配匿し た波長分離集光式発電加熱装置。
2. 請求の範囲 1に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
その分離装置は、 発電光を反射し、 加熱光を透過する半反射板で形成されてい る。
3. 請求の範囲 2に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
前記半反射板は放物面鏡であり、 発電光の集光光学系を兼用している。
4. 請求の範囲 1に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
発電光と加熟光に分離して各分離光を集光する光学系の全体がガラス管内に収 容されている。
5. 請求の範囲 4に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
前記ガラス管が太陽に追尾して回転される。
6. 請求の範囲 4に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装匱において、
前記ガラス管が加熱光の集光光学系を兼用している。
7. 請求の範囲 1に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
吸熱管内の高温媒体が圧力室に導かれて低沸点媒体を加熱し、
加熱された沸騰した低沸点媒体の気体が夕一ビンを回転させて発電し、 その気体の冷却によって温水が生成されることを特徴とする波長分離集光式発 電加熱装置。
8. 請求の範囲 1に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
発電光と加熱光に分離して各分離光を集光する光学系の全体が箱内に収容され ている。
9. 請求の範囲 8に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
その光学系が箱内で傾動して太陽に追尾する。
1 0. 請求の範囲 8に記載の波長分離集光式発電加熱装置において、
曲率を異にする多層集積レンズで集光系が形成されている。
