More particularly, the present invention relates to the synthesis of seven pentapeptides by coupling dipeptide salts with the known tripeptide-trifluoroacetate salt to provide compounds which are found to exhibit

- Dolastatin 10 has also been tested against a minipanel from the NCI Primary screen. These results appear below, showing the amount of dolastatin 10 required to attain GI 50 in ⁇ g/ml, against the cell lines set forth below.
