Abstract

Eine Anordnung zur Ankopplung eines rf-SQUID-Magnetometers an einen supraleitenden Tankschwingkreis auf einem Substrat ist so ausgebildet, daß die beiden Bauteile miteinander voll integriert sind. Durch die Integration wird die Güte des Schwingkreises im Gegensatz zu einer in Flip-Chip-Technik erreichbaren Anordnung um einen Faktor 2 bis 3 erhöht. Durch die integrierte Anordnung ist zudem eine einfache Abschätzung der Kopplung k zwischen dem SQUID und dem Schwingkreis möglich.
