Abstract

Am Körper anliegendes Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere ein Badeanzug, mit einem Vorderabschnitt (1), einem Rückenabschnitt (2), einem Schrittabschnitt (4) und zumindest einem Trägerabschnitt (5), wobei der Vorderabschnitt und der Rückenabschnitt im wesentlichen schlauchförmig aus elastischem Garn rundgestrickt sind, das im Verlauf des Kleidungsstückes mit unterschiedlicher Spannung und/oder Maschengrösse gestrickt ist, so dass das Bekleidungsstück der Körperkontur folgt, wobei das elastische Garn in jeder Reihe aus einem elastischen Grundgarn und zumindest einem dieses umgebenden Oberflächengarn besteht.

Description

Bekleidungsstück
Die Erfindung betrifft ein am Korper anliegendes Beklei¬ dungsstück, insbesondere einen Badeanzug, mit einem Vorderab- schnitt, einem Ruckenabschnitt, einem Schrittabschnitt und zu¬ mindest einem Tragerabschnitt.
Bei Bekleidungsstücken, insbesondere Badeanzügen, die am Korper einer Trägerin anliegen sollen, werden der Vorder- und der Ruckenabschnitt üblicherweise aus zumindest zwei Teilen ge- fertigt, die an der Seite zusammengenaht werden. Zumindest die Offnungen im Oberschenkel- bzw. Hüftbereich und die Schulter¬ abschnitte werden konfektioniert. Diese Ausfuhrung hat den Nachteil eines beträchtlichen Arbeitsaufwandes, weil der Vor¬ der- und der Ruckenabschnitt dem Korperverlauf entsprechend zu- geschnitten und dann zusammengenaht werden müssen. Die Nahte sind störend und beeinträchtigen den optimalen Sitz des Beklei¬ dungsstückes am Korper. Schließlich ist das gewünschte enge An¬ liegen des Bekleidungsstückes am Korper und dessen Elastizität wegen der bisher verwendeten Garne und deshalb nicht immer ge- wahrleistet, weil der Stoff üblicherweise auf einen Spannrahmen aufgespannt und warmebehandelt wird, wodurch die Ruckzugkraft des Stoffes und damit des fertigen Kleidungsstückes vermindert wird.
Die Erfindung zielt darauf ab, ein Bekleidungsstück der einleitend angegebenen Art zu schaffen, das einen einwandfreien Sitz m enger Anlage am Korper garantiert und auf einfache so¬ wie kostengünstige Weise m einem modernen Produktionsablauf hergestellt werden kann. Das erfindungsgemaße Bekleidungsstück hat die Merkmale, daß der Vorderabschnitt und der Ruckenab- schnitt im wesentlichen schlauchformig aus elastischem Garn rundgestrickt sind, das im Verlauf des Kleidungsstückes mit unterschiedlicher Spannung und/oder Maschengroße gestrickt ist, so daß das Bekleidungsstück der Korperkontur folgt, wobei das elastische Garn in jeder Reihe aus einem elastischen Grundgarn, vorzugsweise einem Elasthangarn, und zumindest einem dieses um¬ gebenden Oberflachengarn, vorzugsweise einem Polyamidgarn, be¬ steht. Durch diese Ausbildung wird vorteilhaft erreicht, daß das Bekleidungsstück im wesentlichen in einem Arbeitsvorgang kor- performgerecht hergestellt werden kann, so daß lediglich der Schrittabschnitt, die Offnungen im Oberschenkel- bzw. Hüftbe- reich und der Tragerabschnitt konfektioniert werden müssen. Jegliches Zuschneiden und Zusammennahen des Vorder- und des Rückenabschnittes entfallen. Die Erfindung ermöglicht eine Reihe weiterer Ausführungsformen und Vorteile, die nachstehend im einzelnen erläutert werden. Erfindungsgemaß kann das Bekleidungsstück zur Ganze opak ausgebildet oder mit transparenten Zonen versehen sein. Je nach der gewünschten Ausbildung ist das Bekleidungsstück aus unter¬ schiedlichen Garnen gefertigt.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist bei einem opaken Bekleidungsstück das elastische Grundgarn von einem Polyamid-Krauselgarn umgeben, das vorzugsweise femfi- brillig und durch Luftverwirbelung aufgebracht ist. Durch diese Maßnahme wird Hautfreundlichkeit sowie Beständigkeit gegenüber Seewasser und Chlor erreicht. Das erfindungsgemaße Bekleidungs- stuck erhalt überdies lange Haltbarkeit. Nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung ist bei dem opaken Bekleidungsstuck zweckmäßig ein zusätzliches Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn, vorzugs¬ weise Nylon, vorgesehen. Dieses Zusatzgarn sichert, daß das Be¬ kleidungsstück zur Verwendung als Badeanzug schnelltrocknend, scheuerresistent und gleichmäßig anfärbend ist.
Bei einem opaken Bekleidungsstück mit transparenten Zonen ist das elastische Grundgarn mit einem Polyamid-Feingarn vor¬ zugsweise rechts/links umgeben, das durch Umwinden aufgebracht ist, und nur im opaken Bereich ist ein zusätzliches Oberfla- chen-Polyamidgarn, vorzugsweise Nylon, insbesondere Nylon 66, auf das umwundene elastische Grundgarn aufgebracht, wie dies vorstehend beschrieben worden ist.
Nach einem anderen Merkmal der Erfindung ist das gesamte rundgestrickte Bekleidungsstück im Stuck durchgefärbt. Vorzugs- weise weist das Bekleidungsstück außerdem eine UVB-absorbieren- de Ausrüstung auf, die im Ausziehverfahren aufgebracht ist.
Als Kraft- bzw. Grundgarne werden somit im Rahmen der Er¬ findung vorzugsweise Elasthangarne, wie Lycra®, eingesetzt, die seewasser- und chlorbestandig sowie zinkfrei sind. Als Oberflachengarne können im Rahmen der Erfindung texturierte Garne, Glattgarne oder hochgestreckte Garne in Form von Micro¬ garnen, Multifilament- und Normalfllamentgarnen verwendet wer- den.
Das Grundgarn wird entweder durch starkes Lmks/Rechts-Um- wmden mit dünnen Garnfaden (mit z.B. 16 Denier) geschützt (für transparente Zonen) oder das Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn (z.B. mit 40 Denier) durch Luftverwirbelung aufgebracht (für opake Zonen) . Das Grundgarn kann aber auch durch Verzwirnen, Um¬ spinnen u.dgl. mit dem Oberflachengarn versehen werden. Als zu¬ sätzliches Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn bzw. Garnfaden kommt insbe¬ sondere Nylon 66 (mit z.B. 120-140 Denier) in Betracht.
Es hat sich gezeigt, daß die erfindungsgemaßen Bekleidungsstücke, deren Stoff nicht über einen Spannrahmen gespannt wird, eine Langsdehnung von durchschnittlich 140% und eine Querdehnung von durchschnittlich 325% zulassen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an Ausfuhrungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnungen naher erläutert, in welchen schematisch in
Fig. 1 in Vorderansicht und in
Fig. 2 in einer Hinteransicht ein als Badeanzug dienendes Bekleidungsstück gemäß der Erfindung dargestellt ist.
Der gezeigte opake Badeanzug besteht aus einem Vorderab- schnitt 1 und einem mit diesem durch Rundstricken eines Schlau¬ ches auf einer Rundstrickmaschine einstuckig ausgebildeten Ruckenabschnitt 2. Von diesen Abschnitten definierte Offnungen 3 im Huftbereich und Schrittverlangerungen 4 sind in üblicher Weise konfektioniert. Das gleiche gilt für Schulterabschnitte 5.
Da der Badeanzug einstuckig aus einem rundgestrickten Schlauch hergestellt ist, weist er über seinen Umfang keine Nahte auf. Der hergestellte Schlauch ist im Stuck durchgefärbt.
Für den Rundstrickvorgang wird in jeder Reihe ein elasti- sches Garn eingesetzt, das ein Grundgarn, insbesondere ein see¬ wasser- und chlorbestandiges, zinkfreies Elasthan (z.B. Lycra®) mit einem vorbestimmten Kraft-Dehnungsverhalten aufweist. Dieses Elasthan ist von zumindest einem Oberflachen- garn umgeben und geschützt, das danach gewählt wird, ob ein Be¬ kleidungsstück mit opaken und transparenten Zonen oder ein zur Ganze opakes Bekleidungsstück gebildet werden soll.
Bei dem gezeigten opaken Bekleidungsstück wird das Grund- garn z.B. durch Luftverwirbelung (z.B. mit Hilfe einer Aiπn- termmgled-Maschme) mit einem Oberflachen-Polyamid-Krauselgarn versehen, z.B. einem feinfibrilligen Nylon, wobei das Elasthan in die Fibπllen des Krauselgarnes gepreßt wird und so durch das Krauselgarn geschützt ist. Bei diesem Vorgang müssen spezielle Kriterien, u.a. die Ausbildung und Große der Verwir- belungsduse, die Geschwindigkeit und der Druck sowie die Richtung des Luftstromes, der Verzug usw. eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich kann ein weiteres Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn bzw. ein Garnfaden, wie Nylon 66, auf das umgebene elastische Grundgarn aufgebracht sein.
Bei einem nicht gezeigten opaken Bekleidungsstück mit transparenten Zonen ist das Grundgarn nur mit einem feinen Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn vorzugsweise links/rechts relativ stark umwunden und im opaken Bereich mit einem Zusatz-Ober- flachengarn aus einem Polyamid, wie Nylon 66, versehen.
Es versteht sich, daß die vorstehend geschilderten Ausfuh¬ rungsformen im Rahmen des allgemeinen Erfindungsgedankens ins¬ besondere hinsichtlich der jeweils eingesetzten Garne und deren Ausbildung verschiedentlich abgewandelt werden können.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Am Körper anliegendes Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere ein Badeanzug, mit einem Vorderabschnitt, einem Rückenab- schnitt, einem Schrittabschnitt und zumindest einem Trägerab¬ schnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorderabschnitt und der Rückenabschnitt im wesentlichen schlauchförmig aus elasti¬ schem Garn rundgestrickt sind, das im Verlauf des Kleidungs¬ stückes mit unterschiedlicher Spannung und/oder Maschengröße gestrickt ist, so daß das Bekleidungsstück der Körperkontur folgt, wobei das elastische Garn in jeder Reihe aus einem ela¬ stischen Grundgarn, vorzugsweise einem Elasthangarn, und zumin¬ dest einem dieses umgebenden Oberflächengarn, vorzugsweise ei¬ nem Polyamidgarn, besteht.
2. Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß es opak ist und das elastische Grundgarn von ei¬ nem Polyamid-Kräuselgarn umgeben ist, das vorzugsweise feinfi- brillig und durch Luftverwirbelung aufgebracht ist.
3. Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, daß zur Erhöhung der Scheuerresistenz, Trocknung und
Färbbarkeit ein zusätzliches Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn, vorzugs¬ weise Nylon, aufgebracht ist.

Bekleidungsstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß es opak ist und transparente Zonen aufweist, wo- bei das elastische Grundgarn mit einem Polyamid-Feingarn umge¬ ben ist, das durch Umwinden aufgebracht ist, und daß nur im opaken Bereich ein zusätzliches Oberflachen-Polyamidgarn, vor¬ zugsweise Nylon, auf das umwundene elastische Grundgarn aufge¬ bracht ist.
5. Bekleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das gesamte rundgestrickte Beklei¬ dungsstück im Stück durchgefärbt ist.
6. Bekleidungsstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es eine UVB-absorbierende Ausrü- stung aufweist.
