Abstract

Es wird eine Gerotorpumpe für wäßrig-viskose Medien vorgeschlagen, die vorzugsweise ein zweiteiliges Pumpengehäuse aus Pumpenkammergehäuse (3) und Anschlußdeckel (29) aufweist und in dem Pumpenkammergehäuse eine als kreiszylindrische Vertiefung (5) ausgebildete Pumpenkammer mit einem darin aufgenommenen Gerotor-Laufsatz (9) hat. Der Gerotor-Laufsatz (9) wird von der Antriebswelle (11) eines unmittelbar an dem Pumpengehäuse befestigten Antriebsmotors (13) rotierend angetrieben. Die Motorwelle (11) ist im Pumpenkammergehäuse (3) von einer Nut (68) umgeben, die unmittelbar mit einer Vertiefung (70) im Ansaugbereich der Pumpenkammer (5) in Verbindung steht, um Leckflüssigkeit über die Nut (68) in den Ansaugbereich der Kammer (5) einleiten zu können. In dem Anschlußdeckel (29) ist ein die Saugseite mit der Druckseite verbindender Kanal (49) mit einem darin vorgesehenen Ventil vorhanden, welches abhängig vom Druck an der Druckseite überschüssige Fördermenge zur Saugseite ableitet. Das Ventil kann alternativ als Fördermengenregelventil ausgebildet sein.
