Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mechanisches Verbindungsmittel in Form eines Spannschlosses, das für das verdeckte Verbinden und Fixieren von vorwiegend vorfabrizierten Bauteilen aller Art bestimmt ist. Das Spannschloss ist eine flächige, vorwiegend rundliche Metallscheibe, die mit zwei gegenüber liegenden Ausschnitten in Form von Spannzungen und einem Loch von bestimmter Form im Zentrum der Metallscheibe, als Spannelement ausgebildet ist. In Verbindung mit zwei Haltebolzen, die in den zu verbindenden Bauteilen gleichteilig eingesetzt sind, übernimmt die Metallscheibe die Funktion als Verbindung. Durch das Einsetzen des Spannelementes und dem speziellen Steckschlüssel für die Drehbewegung zum Spannen, in die jeweils zur Hälfte ausgefrästen Aussparungen in den zu verbindenden Teilen, übernimmt das Spannschloss (Erfindung) die Funktion als Schloss, welches fixiert wie auch problemlos geöffnet werden kann. Dimensionen und Material des Spannschlosses richten sich weitgehend nach der Anwendung und dem Einsatz.
