Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Aufreinigung einer Zielsubstanz aus einer biologischen Probe durch Immobilisierung der Zielsubstanz an einer Festphase über ein hochaffines Bindepaar und anschließende Elution durch Zugabe eines Partners des Bindepaares in freier Form. Weiterhin werden Reagenzienkits zur Duchführung des Verfahrens offenbart.
