Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Auswertung des Brennraumdrucks bei einer Brennkraftmaschine beschrieben, bei dem das Ausgangssignal weingstens eines Zylinderdrucksensors sowie eines Kurbelwellenwinkelsensors vom Steuergerät der Brennkraftmaschine durchgeführt wird. Durch Analyse des Brennraumdruckverlaufs über dem Kurbelwellenwinkel werden für bestimmte Ventilsteuerzeiten charakteristische Druckverläufe erhalten. Aus diesen kennzeichnenden Druckverläufen läßt sich auf die Ventilsteuerzeiten 'Auslaß öffnet', 'Auslaß schließt', 'Einlaß öffnet', 'Einlaß schließt' bezogen auf den Kurbelwellenwinkel schließen.
