Abstract

An efficient method for expressing, solubilizing, refolding, and purifying, angiostatin from inclusion bodies expressed in bacteria is disclosed. Nucleic acids encoding full-length angiostatin and subfragments encoding kringle domains (K1-4, K2-3, K2-4, K1-3, and K1) are also disclosed.
