Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein System und ein Verfahren zur Projektierung und zur Durchführung von Prüfabläufen. Das System besteht aus einem Hardwarekatalog (2), in dem für das System relevante Hardwareobjekte (2a ... 2d) als Abbild realer Hardwarekomponenten (z.B. Kalibratoren, Sensoren, Signalkonditionierungen, Signalerfassungsbaugruppen, Aktuatoren) gespeichert sind, und aus ablauffähigen Objekten (3a ... 3d) (z.B. Signalerfassung und Verarbeitung, Visualisierung, Archivierung) zur Projektierung und/oder Prüfung eines aus den Hardwareobjekten und/oder aus den ablauffähigen Objekten gebildeten Meßaufbaus. Die Hardwareobjekte (2a ... 2d) und die ablauffähigen Objekte (3a ... 3d) weisen mindestens eine vorgebbare Schnittstelle (17 ... 21) auf, die zur Verschaltung der Hardwareobjekte (2a ... 2d) und/oder der ablauffähigen Objekte (3a ... 3d) vorgesehen ist. Durch die Abbildung der Meßhardwarekomponenten und Prüfalgorithmen als Softwareobjekte entsteht ein Prüfwerkzeug, mit dem durchgehend und komplett projektiert werden kann. Da die Projektierungsdaten sofort einsetzbar und ablauffähig sind, können Hardwareobjekte sowie Signalverarbeitungsverfahren einfach miteinander verbunden und flexibel geändert werden. Ein ansonsten erforderliches Kompilieren entfällt, wodurch Prüfabläufe einfach angepaßt werden können.
