Abstract

Ein steurbares, nicht einrastendes Halbleiter-Schaltelement (1) weist zwei Schaltanschlüsse (2, 3) mit einer dazwischenliegenden Verbindungsstrecke (1') und einen Steueranschluß (4) auf. Durch Ansteuern des Steueranschlusses (4) kann die Verbindungsstrecke (1') niederohmig bzw. hochohmig gesteuert werden. Ein Anstieg einer über den Schaltanschlüssen (2, 3) abfallenden Schaltelementspannung (US) wird erfaßt. Die Verbindungsstrecke (1') wird hochohmig gesteuert, wenn der Anstieg einen Anstiegsgrenzwert überschreitet.
