Abstract

Cuenta con un cuerpo base (1) que otorga la forma general del mango. Sobre este cuerpo base (1) se disponen sucesivamente una primera capa (2) de adhesivo, una segunda capa (3) de material plástico y una tercera capa (4) también de material plástico. Los materiales plásticos de la segunda y tercera capas son preferentemente polímeros, mientras que el cuerpo base es preferentemente un tubo metálico.

Description

MANGO PARA ÚTILES DE LIMPIEZA Y SIMILARES OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, tal y como se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a un mango para útiles de limpieza y similares, cuya finalidad consiste en proporcionar un mango para elementos tales como escobas, fregonas, cepillos, etc., que presente características ventajosas frente a los mangos existentes en lo que se refiere a resistencia, ergonomía, ecología y aspecto estético.
Además de los útiles de limpieza para los que se realiza específicamente el mango de la invención, éste puede aplicarse en general a cualquier objeto que incorpore mango . DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para lograr los objetivos indicados anteriormente, la invención consiste en un mango para útiles de limpieza y similares que cuenta con un cuerpo base prefe-* rentemente constituido por un tubo metálico que aporta la forma general del mango.
Sobre la superficie de este cuerpo base se incorpora una primera capa de adhesivo. A continuación, sobre esta capa de adhesivo se incorpora una segunda capa de material plástico, preferentemente un polímero. A su vez y por último, sobre la referida segunda capa se dispone una tercera capa de material plástico, también preferentemente de polímero.
Con esta estructura se obtiene un mango de características ventajosas frente a los existentes en el mercado. Dichas características ventajosas consisten en:
- Perfecto acabado exterior y brillo, mejores que los de los mangos pintados convencionales .
- Resistencia total y por tiempo prácticamente indefinido a cualquier producto químico de limpieza (aunque sean puros o en muy altas concentraciones). Esto implica resistencia a la corrosión, y que ningún producto de los empleados en limpieza cambia el aspecto y el brillo de la superficie del mango de la invención.
- Efecto colchón al tacto al presentar sus capas un espesor mayor que en los mangos convencionales
(300 mieras frente a 50 ó 70 mieras de la pintura convencional). Este efecto colchón proporciona mayor protección en caso de golpes. Este mayor espesor del mango de la invención aumenta en más de medio milímetro el diámetro del cuerpo base y da efecto de colchón al tacto.
- Posibilidad de hacer mangos con perfil y decoraciones variables, sin limitaciones y sin comprometer la uniformidad de espesor.
- Mango más ergonómico. El mango de la invención es muy confortable en la mano, no da sensación de frío y es menos deslizante. Al mismo tiempo da efecto de calidez .
- Mango ecológico. En los mangos pintados convencionales una parte de los costos son por desperdicios y por energía de calentamiento, creando problemas ecológicos . Con el mango de la invención se resuelven problemas ecológicos, tanto en producción como en utilización y reciclaje del producto final. En producción, no hay pinturas ni disolventes que perjudiquen el medio ambiente, y además hay ausencia de desperdicios. En la utilización no se producen pérdidas de pintura que perjudican y crean problemas de higiene. Y en el reciclaje, se puede reciclar el metal del cuerpo base de manera que en la correspondiente fundición de dicho cuerpo base, las capas que rodean al mismo queman sin crear gases peligrosos y aportando calor al proceso de reciclado.
A continuación, para facilitar una mejor comprensión de esta memoria descriptiva y formando parte integrante de la misma, se acompaña una figura única en la que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha repre- sentado el objeto de la invención.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA FIGURA Figura 1.- Esta figura única representa una vista en perspectiva, parcial y seccionada transversalmente de un mango para útiles de limpieza y similares, realizado según la presente invención, incluyéndose un detalle ampliado de la correspondiente sección transversal. DESCRIPCIÓN DE UN EJEMPLO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN Seguidamente se realiza una descripción de un ejemplo de la invención, haciendo referencia a la numera¬ ción adoptada en las figuras.
Así, el mango para útiles de limpieza y similares de este ejemplo de realización cuenta con un cuerpo base 1 que en el presente caso es un tubo cilindrico y metálico.
Sobre la superficie externa del cuerpo base 1 se deposita una primera capa 2 consistente en una capa de adhesivo .
Sobre el adhesivo de esta capa 2 se incorpora una segunda capa 3 que es de material plástico y que en el presente ejemplo consiste en un polímero.
Sobre la segunda capa 3 se añade una tercera capa 4 similar en espesor y naturaleza a la anterior capa 3, es decir, esta capa 4 también es de material plástico consistente en un polímero.
El espesor conjunto de estas capas 2, 3 y 4 es de aproximadamente 300 mieras.
Con esta estructura el mango del presente ejemplo de realización presenta todas las características ventajosas que se refirieron en el apartado "DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN" de la presente memoria.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES 1.- MANGO PARA ÚTILES DE LIMPIEZA Y SIMILARES, que cuenta con un cuerpo base ( 1 ) que otorga la forma general del mango; caracterizado porque sobre dicho cuerpo base (1) se disponen sucesivamente una primera capa (2) de adhesivo, una segunda capa (3) de material plástico y una tercera capa (4) también de material plástico.
2.- MANGO PARA ÚTILES DE LIMPIEZA Y SIMILARES, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho material plástico de la segunda capa (3) es un polímero.
3.- MANGO PARA ÚTILES DE LIMPIEZA Y SIMILARES, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho material plástico de la tercera capa (4) es un polímero.
4.- MANGO PARA ÚTILES DE LIMPIEZA Y SIMILARES, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dichas tres capas (2, 3 y 4) presentan un espesor conjunto de aproxima¬ damente 300 mieras.
5.- MANGO PARA ÚTILES DE LIMPIEZA Y SIMILARES, según reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque dicho cuerpo base (1) es un tubo metálico.
